Manufacturing Update September 27, 2023

Good afternoon BT family and friends. As we approach the end of September and enter the 4th quarter of 2023, the team is hard at work getting your parts made and out the door to you. As we always do at the beginning of each update, our team thanks you sincerely for your support and trust.

Colors Out, Colors In

We have a lot of parts that have come back in since we visited you last. We also have had batches that went out and have come back in since our last update.

We sent out batches of Standard Red, Standard Black, Matte Red, Orange (standard/matte), Purple (standard/matte) off to anodize. Batches of Octane Red and Racing Red Metallic went out for color match, and lastly we sent a batch of White out to powder coat.

The batches of Matte Red, Orange and Purple (standard/matte) listed above have already returned to the shop. We also received the batch Matte Black back in along with the batch of Yellow powder coat. The team is hard at work getting these parts through final processes, and into shipping.

Batches Still Out

The following finishes are still out for processing with our vendor partners.

• Polish (due back late next week)
• Destroyer Grey (due back 2nd week of October)
• Racing Red Metallic (due back 2nd week of October)
• Standard Black Anodize (due back early next week)
• Octane Red (due back late next week)
• Standard Red Anodize due back mid next week

Color Batches On Deck

Next colors getting ready to go for finish are another big batch of Standard Black anodize and Standard Red anodize.

Paint match next on deck Redline Red, another round of Sublime and Plum Crazy Purple.

Delays = Weekend Overtime

Friends we are backed up in the shop mostly in engraving. We are down a machine, it’s up and running but limited on what we can do as we wait for more parts to come in for it.

We also have some non BT orders here that need to be buttoned up. We are working weekends to get caught up on all of the engraving that is backing up.

If you see you have come back in from finish please allow us two weeks to button up and get your order shipped to you.

Catch Cans

Satin catch cans are shipping within 3 business days from date of order with the exception of fender bracket and Durango/Jeep 5.7 orders.

We are machining brackets now again and will resume shipping in the late next week early the following week.

TrackHawk and Hellcat Thermostat Housings

These thermostat housings are wrapping up manufacturing. They have been sitting in semi finished state for several weeks as we had to move them off our lathe to get a very critical non BT order completed.

We will start shipping in satin machine finish again late next week. Colors will start to go to finish the second week of October.

Under Hood Kits

Under hood caps and covers are continually being run to keep up with demand.

Please contact us (email or phone: 561.582.6171) if you need something quicker so we can work to accommodate you with a better lead-time, if we are able to do so (most of the times we can).

Throttle Body & Coil Pack Covers

Throttle body covers (all years and styles) as well as Coil Pack Covers will start production next week. We have several sets of coil pack covers that need to be engraved and they will be getting done this weekend.

If you have custom artwork and see your order is back make sure you get with with Nick Billet (nick@billettechnology.net or phone: 561.582.6171) ASAP to get your design approved, so we can finish your order.
