Manufacturing Update September 30, 2022

Good afternoon BT family and friends. It’s Friday, it’s update time, and yes it’s the last update for September, the end of the 4th quarter that has been 2022. Team BT appreciates all of you who are here either as a first time customer, a long time customer, if you are here simply doing some due diligence, or just curious, you’re always welcome.

As we get ready to start the 4th quarter tomorrow, long time clients and friends know that this is Team BT’s Season. We have a lot of fun things planned out between now and the end of the year. You will most definitely want to stay tuned in to our website and social media channels for details.

Let’s dive right on in and get you up to date on what’s happening at the BT HQ.

Factory Color Match Paint

On the paint match as we mentioned in the past couple of updates, color match paint batches are now turning around in an acceptable timeframe, and we have two solid vendors who are part of our community painting for us. Smoke Show is back in today. We will begin shipping on all those orders next week.

If we see batches continuing to return within such a timeframe, and the quality is up to our standards (so far so good), we will reintroduce the factory color matches in October. We will do them on a “group buy basis” to start. Stay tuned for details.

Plum Crazy, Sublime, Destroy Grey and Frostbite are wrapping up now, and will be back to the BT HQ in two weeks or less.

We have sent the last of the TorRed orders out to be painted by our vendor partner in Texas. You can find those orders in the tables below the article. With the exception of the big coolant tank cover all the TorRed open orders are at paint. We will see those back probably the third week of October.

Colors In | Colors Out

Team BT sent a batch of Matte Red out for anodize, and batches of White and Yellow out for powder coat this week.

We received the batches of Standard Red, Standard Black, Purple/Matte Purple, Blue and Matte Blue back in from plating.

Inventory & Manufacturing Runs

Inventory stock status is up to date on the website. You can find information on that by simply viewing the availability next to the Unit Price of each product. While on the subject of inventory, we have some additional details on the following items.

Coolant Tank Covers

These are currently being machined. We will be running these all through October to fill backorders and get inventory on the shelf for the upcoming fun 4th quarter festivities here at the BT HQ.

Satin Machine Finish coolant tanks will begin shipping late the week of October 10th.

Hellcat, TrackHawk & Hellcat Durango Thermostat Housings

These water necks are starting to ship in satin machine finish. Colors will be going out and shipping all through October.

Uni-Strut Covers

We have VERY low stock. The next MFG Run for those is scheduled for the week of October 24th

Devo Style Strut Covers

We have low stock on those too. Their next MFG Run is scheduled for the week of October 24th.

Coil Pack Covers

These are sold out. We are scheduling those to be run the week of October 31st.

Beverage Deletes

We have random colors in stock and need to manufacture more blanks. We probably will not get those on the machine until the week of October 31st. More than likely these will be an early November replenish.

Catch Cans

Satin machine finish catch cans are shipping within 3-5 days from order placement.

If you need our item shipped out the next business day from order placement let us know in the order comments when checking out, and we will take care of that for you. Ordering by phone? Let the friendly BT Team Member know during that phone conversation and our request will be handled promptly.

Lone Star Mopar Fest

Folks we won’t have an update next Friday, we will return with our first update for October on the 4th. Team BT is heading to Texas for Lone Star Mopar Fest (LSMF) on Thursday, October 6th to participate in more well run fun with our friends and family in the Houston area.

We are super pleased to, once again, be one of The Premier Partners to this awesome event, as we have been since day one long before the event evolved in to what it is today.
