Manufacturing Update September 9, 2019

Good afternoon. First, as we start each update, we appreciate you guys and gals so much for your trust, support and allowing us to be part of your ownership experiences. Without you we are not able to do what we love to do, that’s mod cars and meet cool people. Thank you sincerely.

Color Batches In, Batches Out

Since our return from the Hurricane last Wednesday we have been busy. On Friday we sent out standard black anodize (semi gloss) and both blue and matte blue to finish. We should see those parts back in the facility within the next week.

We also received the yellow back and everything is reflected in the tables below. We will be making another run to anodize and powder coat in the next couple of days so stay tuned on that. When you need more immediate one on one help just give us a call (561.582.6171) or email us for assistance.

Stock Statues

We have some stock statues to cover, so let’s get started on what’s out of stock, low stock, and if the product is in manufacturing, or an ETA to run. All ETA’s are subject to change.

We do our best to stay in line with scheduling, but as we saw when Hurricane Dorian was on our doorstep sometimes things change in the blink of an eye that are beyond our control. This is why we post these updates, as it’s our very best way to communicate with a wide audience, and not spam your inboxes constantly. YOU are in control of when you see the message from Team BT, not us spamming you.

Lots of our customers are repeat customers, know it takes time to get our stuff, and wait for it. Many are here for the first time checking in. Keeping you informed, as well as providing you a top shelf product, will always be our priorities here, at our facility.

2005-2007 shifter plates:
These plates will run this month yet. We had planned on putting them in middle of this month but it’s looking like a push back to the end of the month. We don’t see many of them, but enough to justify keeping the product in rotation. If any more changes take place we will keep you posted.

Coil Pack Covers:
The material is here, however, we did get pushed out on running these by approximately two weeks. We should have these on the machine within the next week or so.

3MM Spacers:
3MM Spacers are sold out. We are pushing the next manufacturing run to late next week, or the week of September 23rd.

Uni-Strut Covers:
Uni-Strut are sold out. The material was ordered last Thursday, and will be on a machine the week of September 23rd.

Fuse Box Covers:
Fuse box covers, for all makes and models we support, are low or out of stock now.

Jeep / Durango and Ram material arrived late last week after Hurricane Dorian. We have ordered material for the Charger, Challengers and 300. We will run inventory on all fuse boxes starting next week.

We still have some left over 2005-2007 Fuse box covers in blanks on the shelf for the OG’s out there rolling around in these classics. Get them before they go back into the BT Vault. We have less than 10 units left, and once they are gone it will be a while if ever we come back to them again.

“Devo” Style Strut Covers:
We sold our last sets over Labor Day. Next MFG Run will be late September/ Early October.

2013 and up Throttle Body Covers as well as Bypass covers for Hellcat / Demons:
We sold out of the last of our inventory over the Labor Day Weekend. We will be making another round of them again sometime before the end of the month, probably looking at slotting them in during the week of September 23rd.

EGR Deletes:
These are sold out. Next run will be later this month.

Sigma Series Oil Caps:
We are out of stock on these. All orders have been filled except for a few orders that came in over the Labor Day Weekend. We do not have any plans to pop those in a machine until early October.

Manifold Baffle covers:
The material is coming in later this week, and we will pop those on sometime middle to late next week.

Valve Covers:
We will not run valve covers again in 2019 so please be mindful if you are wanting to place an order for them. Nick Billet has a set of blue ones brand new up for auction on his Facebook and Instagram pages go check in with Nick to see how you can win those if interested.

Everything else stock status wise is in good shape.

Catch Cans

Satin catch cans are shipping in 1-3 business days from the day you place your order. As many of you following along are seeing, our finish partners are turning things around within 10 days (give or take) after we send batches out to color, so we are moving these quickly.

We know you have choices, and appreciate you picking that product up from us. So many companies have copied our product, what makes it function (the two chambered top), and we always are grateful for those that stick with buying the original, not the knocked off clones.

Lead Time for Final Processes

Folks remember if you see your order has come back in from finish please allow us 7-14 days to complete any final processes, such as engraving, or assembly prior to shipping your product.
