Manufacturing Update August 17, 2018

Good afternoon everyone. A very happy Friday and weekend to all. Team BT is working all through the weekend once again to get caught up after a couple of our CNC’s were down (shop open only no office).  We’ve got a quick update for ya, so let’s dive in.

Appreciation and Transparency

As is always the case, we appreciate and thank you for your support, and most importantly your trust. Part of gaining trust is being as transparent as possible. Keeping you informed as well as providing a top shelf product you can be proud of is and always will be our main focus. Sometimes that information will not be what you want to hear, but we will provide it and give you the power of choice.

Our business model will not be for everyone, however, for those who appreciate a company who’s product is well made, engages with its customers on social media, and responds in a timely fashion when our customers reach out (emails and phone calls only. Catch Can Update

Quick inventory update on catch cans. We now have run over 900 units in the last two weeks since the lathe came back on line after being down for just a tad over a month. All satin cans that were on back order due to the lathe being done are shipping and all cans through July 20th order dates on satin have shipped out. All cans starting from July 21st until August 10th will be moving in quick fashion over the next 7-10s.

We will be back to the two weeks to ship in satin before the end of the month. Cans are running 18 hours a day now again and will have plenty to go to colors and have started to send out to colors already. Be sure to check the tables on whats gone out to find your order. If you need a satin catch can to ship immediately call us and we can help you out. Need a color quickly call us too.

Don’t see your order?

Don’t panic. We are sending product in quick batches that our outstanding vendor partners are working hard to quickly get completed and get the next batches in and ready to run them. We will never compromise quality. A good way to do that is to overwhelm your supplier partners with too much product all at once. Once we get these initial batches back will send more immediately thereafter.

Stock Status in the Store

All products are 100% up to date on the website inventory wise. We are doing quick production runs of our popular items to keep things flowing as needed. Remember if you need something quicker than our standard lead-time please reach out to us so we can work with you and do all we can to accommodate your schedule.
