Manufacturing Update August 27, 2018

Good afternoon everyone and always our sincerest thanks for your support and trust.

Today’s update is a supplemental to let you know what has come back in from color, and to update our customers who have valve cover orders in. We have a bunch more colors coming in, and going out for finish this week. So please stay tuned, we will be putting up another update Wednesday or Thursday.

Valve Covers

Those of you who have valve covers on the current run, and have been waiting, your wait is almost over. The balance of the covers that have not shipped or are back here awaiting a designer cut your sets went to our plater today to be finished in black and matte black. We do have more covers heading out for other finishes still, but we were able to get these sets in to the current black and matte black batches that are already up at plate getting ready to be finished.  

Titanium (both standard and matte) returned from our plater today. We are already working on finishing those parts to get them wrapped and on their way to you.

Lead Time for Final Processes

Remember if you see your order is back from titanium (matte and standard semi gloss) please allow 7-14 days for us to complete any final processes such as assembly or engraving to ship. If you have an event upcoming and this is going to take you outside that time frame please call us or email us immediately with your need by date so we can get you moved up.

We already are working with several customers on this batch of titanium that came back and we have started to complete those orders from our communications with you. Will be shipping those customers out within the next couple of days for delivery by Friday.

Questions, Concerns and the Holiday Weekend

If you need to reach us be phone our lines are live this week Monday through Thursday (August 27th through August 30th) 6:00 A.M. through 3:30 P.M. EST. If you get the voicemail PLEASE leave those call back digits. We will call you back. With only 9 of us here, many times we are simply on the other line, or in the shop. Help us help you by leaving that call back number.

Friday, August 31st Team BT will be at the facility from 5:00 A.M until 9:45 A.M. and closed the remainder of the day. Will have something special to announce in the next couple of days so stay tuned.
