Manufacturing Update July 30, 2018

Good afternoon everyone and welcome to the last Manufacturing Update for the month of July 2018. Its crazy to think we are more than halfway through the year, time is flying. As is always the case, we are grateful to each and every one of you for allowing us to be a part of your ownership experience and we appreciate all the trust you place in our team. Thank you!

Lathe | Catch Can Update

If you tuned in last Friday you saw El Presidente Nick Billet’s video update. We have good news to report our one lathe is 100% up and running as of early afternoon today. As you know that is our lathe were we keep the BT Catch Can in continual production. We will be running full steam and putting in 20 hours each day on that machine to get back on track and get these satin orders shipped. We are very appreciative of those of you who have an order outstanding with us and that you are sticking it out especially with the choices you have.

Satin Catch Can Shipping ETA

We will begin pushing all these satin catch cans out the door here starting later this week and really pushing into early August to get back on lead-time. Colors and polish are running into extended lead-time currently and we do not expect as great of an impact as we are having with the satin cans.

Expedited Satin Catch Cans

Now that we are up and running if you need us to expedite your shipment in satin please reach out to us via email or phone (561.582.6171) so we can get you moved up in the assembly queue and get you shipped out.

Hubcentric Wheel Spacers

As of this morning we have ONE set of 3MM Hubcentric Wheel Spacers left. This product will definite sell out within the day and we have updated that product itself in the availability area next to the price that we are extremely low stock and to call. We hope to get a run in on these during the second week and NLT than the third week of August again.

Product Stock

Speaking of products all products are currently up to date on stock status and reflect that information in the Availability are next to the pricing on each product. When in doubt about something please give us a call (561.582.6171) or send an email on over to us.

Coolant Tank Covers

If you follow along on our Instagram with our team you know the coolant tanks are starting to roll off the machine now with satin covers starting to ship late next week again. The great news is the product went on a diet shedding about 40% of its weight and now coming in at just around one pound now.

Coolant Tank Cover Fitment

The even better news as it relates to the coolant tank you can keep the cover on your car permanently. This includes folks with Shaker Hoods, T/A’s, Hellcats and yes Demons. Our team went the extra mile to ensure that this would be the case creating the most eye catching and elegant cover to date and still keeping all that “real estate” to create your custom themes; a blank canvass to do exactly what you want. Its always worth the wait.

Finishes

Todays update we received our red back and you can find your order on the table below. We also gathered up some pieces for matte black, matte red, and blue (standard & matte finishes). Will be sending a lot more stuff out here in the coming days, especially catch cans, but we wanted to get the matte colors out the door. The bulk of which are orders that have multiple pieces and/or orders that include a catch can. We are waiting to send more semi gloss colors out once we have cans ready to go with your orders that have a can and other items in the same finish so things stay consistent.

Lead Time for Final Processes

Finally if you see your order has come back in from outside finishes, please allow our team 7-15 days to complete any assembly or final processes prior to shipping. If you need us to move this up for you and or you think this will interfere with any event you are attending please call (561.582.6171) or email us so we can work with you to get your wrapped up quicker.

Voice Mail: Leave Your Number!

If you call and you receive the voice mail please do leave your call back number. As we state all the time, there are only 9 of us here and we all wear multiple hats. Usually if you receive voice mail its because only one of us is in the office to take calls and we do not put the current call on hold if you call in. We do check those messages and kindly ask you to leave a clear call back number with your name so we can get you helped promptly. We are live on the phone from 6:00 A.M. until 3:30 P.M. Monday through Friday all times eastern time.
