Manufacturing Update September 7, 2018

Good afternoon folks and welcome to Friday. As always and before everything else, we offer our sincerest thanks for the love, support and most importantly the trust.

Stock & Manufacturing Statuses

Before we get into what’s come back and what has gone out today let’s cover what we are working on right now and what’s out of stock and ETA’s to run:

ABS Covers

We are sold out now material will be here the week of September 17th to start another MFG Round to carry us deep into the 4th quarter of this year and fill current business.

A/C Port Cap Covers

Low and High Pressure A/C Port Cap Covers (classic design non sigma series) we are sold out material will be here next week will pop those off pretty quickly and should see minimal delays. This will not prevent us from sending any under hood kits out for colors and powder coating will ship your kits less those parts if we run across orders where we need those pieces.

05-10 Washer Fluid Caps

Currently we are sold out, but they will be on the machine next week. All backorders will start to ship late next week and then into the following week. As above with the low and high pressure A/C Port Cap covers we will not hold parts to complete any under hood kits and will ship your orders less the washer caps with those to follow shortly after.

“Devo” Style Strut Covers

We are completely sold out. Material is due in the week of September 17th to start the next manufacturing round.

Waternecks

Waternecks for 5.7, 6.1, Hellcats, and Demons are sold out. These will go on the machine hopefully the late the week of the 17th. Shipments should start again in early to mid October.

Satin Catch Cans

All satin catch cans from August 10th to August 25th are moving into shipping now. If you need us to ship your satin can please call (561.582.6171) or email us so we can get you pushed up and out the door. We have plenty of inventory again after the massive repairs we had to do on two of our machining centers. That downtime took a big bite out of our production (see prior updates). We have nearly completed replenishing all brackets and misc., hardware and machined parts to assembly the cans. All those items will remain in continual production.

For those of you who sent messages/called saying “BT please take your time”, I’ll wait for you guys. For those who read our updates and stuck with us, thanks is never enough. We understand you have a choice, and that you chose to stay and be part of the family is indeed very humbling. In fact its always been so, since the very first day we started selling our brand to the public, on December 18th 2006. Thank you.

Black Catch Cans

All black catch cans through August 18th are now out at plate. Everything after August 18th in black will be heading for plate within the next 10-15 days possible sooner. As we have stated prior we work with the best people and our suppliers are amazing. Quality over quantity. There is a lot of stuff out right now, and there is plenty more to go out call us, email us and we can pretty much give you an ETA on anything and everything when you can expect it to go to finish if it has not already.

Lead Time for Final Processes

Finally if you see your order has come back in please allow us 7-15 days to complete any assembly or final processes (engravings) prior to shipping. Shop Hours

We are live M-F via phone from 6:00 A.M. until 3:30 P.M. EST. Chips flying until 9:00 P.M. EST and visitors welcome M-Thrs until 4:30 P.M. and Fridays until 3:30 P.M. EST. If you do get that voicemail please leave us a message. With a small crew many of us wear lots of hats. We may be on the phone with a customer, out running errands and picking up parts, supplies, or on the phone. Help us, help you by leaving that call back number.
