MFG Update April 10th, 2018

Good morning folks and as always many thanks for your support.  Today we have a lot of ground to cover and get you up to speed on what is back in the facility and what is still out and what will be going out within the next couple of days (pending).

We are rounding up a bunch of product to send to plate and powder coating again this week but we are waiting for the thumbs up from our awesome outside vendor partners when they are ready for more product.  You guys and gals are on fire ordering product and we cannot and will not bog our partners down.  We wait for the good stuff, and that means letting our friends who provide us with exceptional outside services getting into a position to take on more items and more work. Many times this means letting them get caught up.  Please know we appreciate each and everyone of you and we assure you the wait will be well worth it.  

Out of Stock Items

The Following items that have been out of stock are now being manufactured or in fact finished:

• Fender brackets for catch cans:
  shipping is happening on all satin fender bracket cans right now
• Uni-Strut Covers:
  MFG completed. Satin machine finish shipping colors and polish will start to go by the end of the month.  We are fully restocked here on those now.
• Hellcat/Demon Supercharger Coolant Reservoir Cover:
  Manufacturing now. Satin machine finish shipping to start the week of April 16th. Colors and polish end of April. We are now 100% fully restocked on this item as well.
• 3MM Hub centric Wheel Spacers:
  Running now shipping starting April 10th. This item is also 100% replenishing for shipping from stock.  
• Sigma Series Radiator Cap Covers
  These covers are also running with satin shipments to start the week of April 16th.  Fully restocked and replenished. Colors and polish will start to ship end of April
• Coolant tank covers:
  This is one item we are just selling the you know what out of.  Material here and chips will be flying hopefully by the end of the week.  These covers are for folks from early March forward with satins starting to ship sometime late the week of April 23rd and into the week of April 30th.  Anyone with a cover from earlier than that and you have a color they are all out and and back with the exception of green.  Please call with any questions you may have and check the MFG Updates for all those of you with orders in from late February and back  All covers 100% redesigned to ensure the hood will close please refer to prior MFG Updates for all those details.  We do have one cover from late January that missed the last cut and is also in this run.
• 6.1 Oil Caps: satin shipping color and polish shipping end of the month and into early May. Fully restocked for summer show season

Items to be Manufactured

We still need to manufacture the following items:

• Water necks for 5.7, 6.1 and 392 Hemis:
  Material is ordered and we should start the week of April 23rd
• 2005-2010 Washer fluid caps:
  Will go on the machine late the week of April 16th.
• 2013 and up throttle body and bypass valve covers:
  We have had to push those back to the week of April 23rd to start manufacturing.  Satins will start to ship before the end of the month colors and polish early May and will be fully replenished with stock on these moving forward into summer show season.  
• 05-10 power steering reservoir covers: We just ran out of those.  Will be running those again in early May tentative.  
• Coil Pack Covers:
  These will be going on late the week of April 23rd.  
• Valve Covers:
  Material is ordered and we have had our drops pushed back from the foundry twice now. We only buy domestic certified 6061 no foreign material and if you have been keeping up with current events some of the bigger sizes are scarce. As soon as we get our drops in we will start making chips immediately.  We are hopeful for delivery on drops any day now.
• Ram/Durango fuse box covers:
  Will be going on late the week of April 16th to start the next mfg run. Satin back orders will be out by the end of the month all color and polish will be filled in May and we will have stock moving into summer show season
• Fuse boxes for Challengers, Chargers and 300s:
  We are starting to come back into stock with those starting next week.  

Catch Cans

As always satin catch cans in continual production and shipping in order of receipt. Need your product quicker please leave a note in the comments box when checking our or call us.  We build over 1200 units a month and private label for many other companies.  Just let us know you need expedited assembly on your satin can and the day you need it by and will make it happen for you.

All cans from March 12th through March 21st are cleared assembly and in final before being released to packaging.  We have product for everyone who has ordered a stain can through this mornings orders, and have product moving forward. As this is our most popular item we product and that we also private label in volume for other companies we are essentially running at 15-20 days from order to ship. Once again if you need your can sooner we can ship it sooner you just need to let us know by simply picking up the phone, emailing us and talking to us.  We serve you.  

Colors Still Out at Finish

The following colors are still out.

• Purple including matte purple from March 8th.
  We expect all that purple this week.
• White from April 2nd
• Yellow from April 2nd
• Clear anodize from March 22nd
• Blue from March 22nd
• Titanium from March 29th including the matte titanium
• Red Coolant tanks only from March 29th.

Below please find the tables for the items that have come back in that includes both orange and matte orange and black and matte black coolant tanks.  

As always if you have a product that requires any assembly and or other final processes after the items come back from colors please allow us 7-14 days to get that done.  If you need us to work quicker for you call or email us so we can work towards getting that done.  

ChallengerFest

Finally, several of us are heading for Challengerfest 9 (ChallengerFest.net) in Bowling Green on Wednesday. This is our third year as presenting sponsor of this amazing event.  The shop is open for normal business however, you may indeed get the voice mail.  Please allow Alex to get back to you by leaving him a clear and detailed message.  He checks the voice mail several times per day.  Same with email he may be a day behind or so on those and he will be working hard to make sure we keep those lines of communication open with you.
