MFG Update December 5, 2016

Welcome to the first major Manufacturing Update post countdown sale 2016!

We hope everyone enjoyed the Thanksgiving Holiday and that you are enjoying this festive time of year. As is always the case we appreciate your support and thank you for your trust. Let’s get started on the latest and greatest here at the Team BT.

Holiday Delivery Requests

If you asked for a holiday delivery we have just about everyone covered. All Titanium, red, and purple orders requesting holiday deliveries through December 1st we have sent your orders out to plate. All blue, black, matte black and clear will be going to plate on December 6th.

We have a few folks who requested green in time for Christmas. That is on the bubble right now. We will be reaching out to those customers individually next week and keep you up to date. If you requested a holiday delivery and you have green of anything please feel free to call us anytime for the most up to date info. Anodize has requested green go up the week of December 12th. It will be close but we will work as hard as possible once the items come back to get them out.

Team BT will be shipping right thru December 23rd with Christmas Eve and yes USPS Express Holiday service (they do delivery on Christmas) for those that are going to be close and we are close to finishing.

All other orders from the sale we are sorting and either shipping from stock (several orders have already left) and we are working in order of receipt. Please know we are working hard and we want you to have your products quickly, with no compromise.

Below please find the items that sold out during the sale and afterwards. Yes even post countdown you guys and gals have been amazing it has not slowed down and we are beyond humbled. Thank you! Please know that even if the items listed below are sold out we will be building product to replenish continually until we have all covered with items in surplus again. The countdown sale is a major undertaking for us and the volume is insane. Visitors who come by in the past finally get to see how busy it is and yes, the process we have done to get it done is working. Could it be better? Yep, everything can. Always know we work hard and learn and improve with each “rush” season. We sincerely thank you always.

Water Necks

Water Necks have Sold out. A run to cover all open orders will start late the week of December 12th There is an outside chance we will ship some satin water necks in time for Christmas. Definite bank on color after the holiday in late December and into January until all orders are filled. We will keep you up to date along the way and you can call us for the latest and greatest.

2005-2007 Shifter Plates

Yes, out of no where this product got hot again. We ran a limited run two months ago and boom we sold these like gangbusters during the sale.

Hood Props

Folks we have a large backorder stack our lathes are tied up, and we need to recalibrate one of our machines once we break down from non car parts work to run these. We are doing our best to sneak a run in before the end of the month. We will start to delivery in January again. Anyone who ordered post the sale we are honoring the 40% off for sticking it out. We are blown away no one has canceled thank you for your trust. WE know you have choices and that you are staying with us we can’t say it enough thank you!

Billet Tech Catch Can Hose Ends

We sold out during the sale on our original often copied BT hose ends for the catch can. We are running them now and we will stay in extended lead-times here through early January. All holiday order requests will be filled in time.

Ram Fuse boxes both styles

We did sell out during the sale. We will be building another run this month and have a tentative run week set aside for the last week of December. Holiday order requests we covered you first. All others please keep an eye on the next update.

Manifold Baffle Covers

Manifold Baffle Covers are sold out. All holiday requests are covered. We will run these again the week of December 26th tentative. This was not a big seller so it may get pushed into early January will keep you up to date.

Strut Covers “Devo Style”

Sold out. All holiday order requests are covered. Next run will be the week of December 26th. This will not move. We were able to cover many orders that were not holiday requests please keep an eye on these updates to see where you are. If you did not make it in we will have you moved over to awaiting manufacturing early next week. Of course as always please call or email if you need that info immediately and did not ask for a holiday expedite.

Oil Dip sticks both Classic BT and Sigma Series

Sold out. All holiday requests are covered many non holiday requests as well. The next run will be the week of December 19th. Keep an on the awaiting manufacturing que that will be posted next week to see where you stand or give us a call.

ID Plates

Sold out. All holiday order requests are covered. Many non holiday requests as well. The next run will be in early January. We will update everyone accordingly.

Hellcat Dipsticks.

Sold out. All holiday orders accounted for. This items sold out quick and was one of the most popular products during the sale. Next run will be the week of December 26th. Will keep everyone posted.

Hell Cat Quick Connect system for Hellcat Catch Cans

Sold out, we are manufacturing more now. All holiday orders accounted for to build the cans and expedite. Will be fully stocked again and moving forward for builds the week of December 19th. This WILL NOT interrupt assembly whatsoever on cans (more on cans after this).

Coil Pack Covers

Sold out during the sale. All holiday requests covered. We are also shipping them now too. Next run in January we do not have that narrowed down yet but we will in the next couple weeks.

EGR Deletes

Sold out as of 12/01. Next run late December 2016. All those who asked for a holiday delivery either shipped or will be shipping in time.

Door lock kits

Sold out as 12/01. Next run will be January 2017. All holiday delivery requests are covered.

Hellcat Supercharger Coolant Cover

Big big big seller during the sale. Preorders sold well to. We have a limited supply heading to plate next week and will keep everyone updated here. A full production run will run the week of December 26th.

Catch Cans

Folks this was the NUMBER ONE selling item and is always the number one selling item here at BT. There is nothing like the original BT Catch Can. Since day one. BT in collaboration with the Modern Mopar community brought out our unique catch can for the Mopar Marketplace as well at GTO’s in 2007. Often copied from word play right on down to appearance you just can’t beat a BT Can. We will meet or beat any price always. No one offers more unique applications, colors and innovation more than we do. You will receive support, always before, during and after the sale for years to come. This is what we do.

With that said we have plenty of cans in stock in satin. They are CONTINUALLY in assembly and we ship in order of receipt. Satin cans may have up to a 15 day time to ship now. May be sooner we would rather be conservative with you. Colors are going out now three times per week or more as we get deeper into the month. Keep an eye on the outside processes tables here to see where you may be at in the finish (colors/polish/powdercoat) que. Call or email us we can give you a pretty firm ETA too. We are in extended lead-time now thru early January. Color shipments will depend on how quickly we can get the product turned around. All efforts to expedite in force. All Holiday delivery requests ARE COVERED and will ship in time for Christmas.

All Other Items

All other items we sell if its not listed here we have inventory and will be processing as usual. Be mindful color and polish will more than likely go out past the 20 business days. We will sell out on items this month and continually update. WE will run parts continually and keep everyone in the loop.
