MFG Update February 5th, 2018

Good afternoon everyone and thank you for checking in with our first Manufacturing Update for February 2018.   

Assembly and Engraving Queues

Todays update will focus on what’s in the assembly queue for satin catch cans and what orders are in the engrave queue that still need to be completed and prepped for shipping.

We realize many of you “bundled” your orders up with other items, for instance you may have ordered under hood pieces to go along with your catch can.

All catch cans that came back in with orders that had other pieces that are in the engraving queue are assembled and ready to go with your other parts.

January Finishes Still Out

If you have been following along with the updates from January, you will have seen the amazing number or orders that went out and have come back. We only are waiting for our purple and orange to come back from January and we do expect those finishes to be back any day. As soon as we get them will update you.

Lead Time for Items in Engraving

The items currently in engraving as of today will be completed within 7-10 days and shipping to you.  If you have a need by day and you are in engraving please contact us so we can be sure to work towards your schedule.

The same applies for catch cans we have a LOT of satin cans in the assembly area now this does not include our dealer partners who buy in bulk or private label clients. The table showing the satin cans in assembly are all individual clients.

If you have a need by day please contact us. We are shipping in order or receipt and currently have z brackets coming off the machine again to keep up with the demand of the product.  

Store Stock Status

As of today all products in our store the “availability” of each product is current as well.  

Wheel Spacers

3MM Hubcentric wheel spacers all backorders are filled now and we do have inventory on the shelf.

Coolant Tank Covers

All big coolant tank covers on back order are now running. Satin covers will start to ship hopefully by the end of this week but for sure next week with colors and polish starting to go to out for finish within the week. Of course we will update you with that information.

If you currently have an order here in engraving or wrapping up based on prior MFG Updates and todays update and your coolant tank is in MFG we are shipping you a partial shipment and not holding back for the tanks.  Those will ship when completed and at no additional shipping charges to you. We ship partials all the time and will continue to do so because we know you want your parts and we don’t hold them.  

Lead Time for Assembly and Engraving

Please remember when your order comes back in from finish (plate or polish) allow us up to two weeks to complete any processes such as engraving or assembly prior to us shipping your product.  If you see your order has come back in and you have a “need by date” please let us know so we can get you moved up and completed.  

In Closing

Will be back within the next day or two and have a big update on all the products we are bundling now in preparation for colors and polish heading out for finish this week.
