MFG Update January 16th, 2018

Good morning folks and welcome to another Manufacturing Update.

Red is Out. Blue, Clear and Matte Clear is In!

We are here to let you know what has come back in and gone out for finishes today. Blue and clear anodize are back in and the red has gone out. There is so much red its being broken up into two lots.

This is the first round which includes most of the Encore Event orders and some December. The second round that we are preparing to get ready to go up will be the bulk of December and January orders as well as any cleanup on parts we are out of stock on.

Product Stock

Speaking of out of stock we are working exactly to the Stock Table we Posted on January 3rd and you can view that here.

Under Hood Caps

We are rebuilding under hood caps every day and have started on the Sigma Series items now.

Fuse Box and Throttle Body Covers

Fuse box covers and throttle body covers are coming off the machine in debur and preparing to be engraved in satin machine finish for those with orders in on that and then off to colors or polish.

Big Coolant Tank Covers

Material is here for the big coolant tank covers and will be getting first cuts on those towards the end of the week to get everyone filled and also the redesign we did on that to account for the fact that some folks are unable to shut their hoods. We also discussed that in the January 3rd Update and you can go take a look at that for all that information.

Lead Times on Parts After Color

Folks as soon as we receive parts in from finish allow us 7-10 business days to complete any processes necessary to ship your order. If you are in a rush and have an event that you will be attending this month especially those of us that live in car show and race season year round just let us know by calling and emailing us. We can get you knocked out and on the way by moving you into the expedite queue for engravings or assembly.

Satin Catch Cans

Satin catch cans are shipping daily as are colors as we clear them through visual and into the assembly area.
