MFG Update January 27, 2017

Happy Friday BT Family and already we are about ready to say goodbye to January and hello February. As we must start with every update, your trust, your business and your support is greatly appreciated. Let’s get started with the latest and greatest.

We are pretty much in the glide slope now for the holiday orders with the bulk of them wrapping up near 100% compete right now. With the exception of waiting for some oil dipsticks to come back in from all colors, and water necks that have gone out most everyone should be finished up here in the next two weeks. Yes there are other random parts here or there that we may have run out of stock on we are now working on building that inventory and getting any of those items cleaned up too.

All products as they relate to availability are up to date as of January 27th to start the business day. We are continually building and replenishing product. The following items listed below are out of stock and are either in manufacturing or the ETA when manufacturing will begin.

2013 and up Throttle Body Covers

Next run will be sometime in February. Tentative schedule 2nd week to run them.

Bypass Valve Cover for Hellcats

Next run will be sometime in February. Tentative schedule 2nd week to run them.

Coil Pack Covers

Partially machined. Pulled off for other biz (non automotive) will go back on to wrap in February.

Sigma Series Oil Dipsticks

Sigma Series Oil Dipsticks are manufacturing right now. We have many back orders and will start getting those out all through February.

Hellcat Oil Dipsticks

Hellcat Oil Dipsticks are manufacturing right now. Shipping all throughout February.

ABS Covers

ABS Covers material is here we will start running them late the week of January 29th.

Hellcat Coolant Tank Covers

Hellcat Coolant Tank Cover material is here will start running them late the week of January 29th.

2.7 and 6.1 Oil Caps

2.7 and 6.1 Oil Caps will run again in February we have limited stock for complete under hood packages.

ID Plates and Visor Disguisers

ID Plates and Visor Disguisers blanks will be machined late the week of January 29th or the week of February 5th.

Devo Style Strut Covers

Devo style strut covers have been pushed back to mid to late February runs

Catch Cans

Folks catch cans are running on a continual basis. To give you an idea of the volume we did over the holidays and are still pushing out we are running over 1,000 units a month now. All satin cans ordered through January 20th are shipping now and will be out the door by later next week and then we should remain on current lead-times or ahead. We realize you have choices, many direct clones of our product, many using word play to confuse you. Thank you for your support and trust.

Black, Purple and White

Below please find the orders that came back from standard black and purple this week, and also the batch of white that went out as well.

We will have another major round of finishes going off to plate, polish and powder coat next week. We are also very excited to be introducing yellow, matte clear anodize, matte blue, matte red, and matte purple to the lineup in February. Will post about those new finishes very soon with pictures.
