MFG Update January 30th, 2018

Good afternoon everyone,

This update is a supplemental update to let you know that we have received the standard black and red anodize back from plate today. The black actually came back in on the 29th.

All satin machine products are very nearly back to the two week time frame to ship from the time of order now as well.

Lead Time on Final Processes

Please remember to allow us up to two weeks to wrap up any engraving we may need to do or any final processes to your orders prior to shipping. All catch cans from these orders have cleared QC and in assembly the bulk of them will be shipped in the next couple of day with the exception of an custom engraved cans. We do have quite a few custom engraves on these and will be getting them on the machine within that two week time frame for engraving.

We are preparing the next rounds of colors to go to plate now and will have a new update in a couple of days notating what orders have gone up.

Individual Product Status

By the close of business today we will have all individual products updated with inventory status. We currently are in pretty good shape product wise again as we spent a great deal of January rebuilding inventory and we continue to do so.

3MM Hubcentric Spacers

Folks with 3MM Hubcentric Spacers we are wrapping up another production run now and will be shipping all those backorders and have stock moving forward within the next couple of days.

Deposits and Final Balances

Please remember that we may have charged you the 30% deposit to begin work on your order. The balance we bill upon shipping. If for some reason your payment method is declined on the final charge upon shipping we will contact you via email and phone. We will hold your order for 7 days before we have to move it to the next person and will then refund your deposit if we are unsuccessful in reaching you. If you have any concerns about this and you see your order is back in in final preparations to ship as these orders are on this update please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via phone or email.
