MFG Update July 13, 2017

Good afternoon everyone and thank you for checking in with this week’s Manufacturing Update.  As is always the case we appreciate you and thank you for the trust and support.  Let’s get started as we have much to cover today.

Carlisle Orders

First, all Carlisle orders have shipped or are shipping to your hotel or home.  We have a few boxes left that went today (the date of the MFG Update) that shipped to our customers via UPS Early A.M. Delivery.  Everyone who needed the products by the 14th or sooner we got you taken care of.  As always if you have an event, show, or need an expedited service, and yes we did help clients as recently as the 7th who placed orders we got you covered.  We usually ask or at least 7-10 days advance notice that’s all.  We have covered this before and have it in our “About Us” links and explain  why we don’t keep finished stock per-say.  It’s easy; we simply do way too much customizing of our products, and offer many finishes, it’s far more practical for us to keep all items in machine finish blank on the shelf and finish out the process to order specs.  If you don’t want to wait,  or can’t wait we get it please know we are using every means available to us to communicate with you. Allow us to do so and as always we value your business and thank you for the opportunity.  

Catch Cans

Catch cans, catch cans and more catch cans.  Yes this item is always in production here at our facility.  Material is delivered three and sometimes four days a week to keep the product moving along.  All satin orders through July 12th are now shipping, and we will be back on pace to have continual outflow in satin to your mailbox, and out to colors several times per week now again.

We are currently running z bracket mounts and Hellcat mounts that have been in short supply to get those cans on pace and out the door to you.  We do send extras to each finish every time we go up to get a process done at our plater, polisher or powder coater, however often times they are already sold once they come back.  If you need product ASAP call us we will work with you.  

Low Inventory or Out of Stock Items

The following items are out of stock or very low inventory:

PCV Covers

PCV Covers we have less than 5 units available.  The next manufacturing run on those will be in late July or early August. 

Hellcat Water Necks

Hellcat Thermostat Housing aka water neck;  huge product launch thank you all for the support on that piece. Its an amazing item and we appreciate those of you who have received the product and have called or emailed in to voice your opinion on the item.  The response has been an overwhelming YES you love it!  We decided to take a bold, modern and aggressive approach on that part and were frankly unsure how it would go over   We sure appreciate the feedback.  We love doing new things while staying cutting edge all the while making the factory part or parts better.   The fact that everyone responds so positively really is humbling so again our thanks to you.

Fuse Box Covers

Fuse box covers 2011 and up Challenger as well as 2015 and up Charger we have no stock.  We will be running those model years the last week of July and will only experience slight delays on those.  All orders through July 5th are covered.  

Door Lock Kits

Door lock kits we have a very limited supply of those.  Next run will be early August 2017.  Please call if you have any questions. We do have some matte black kits, satin and a couple of blue sets here on the shelf but that’s it until we run more. 

Radiator Cap Covers & Hellcat Coolant Cap Covers Classic BT Style

Radiator Cap Covers and Hellcat Coolant Cap Covers we do not have any on the shelf we are making more in late July. All orders thru July 12th are covered.  We will not experience too much of a delay over standard lead-time both individually and as part of an under hood package you may purchase.  

Status of Orders Out to Finish

Below you will find the tables of orders that have come back from color and have gone out for color or final finish.  Please remember due to volume right now to allow us up to 10-14 days (perhaps sooner) to get your catch cans assembled that come back in and engrave any products that may need to be wrapped up to ship.  Please call with any questions. 

These are still the finishes that need to come back to Team BT for final processing:

• Matte Black from 06/21/2017
• Standard Black from 06/26/2017
• Red from 07/06/2017
• Blue from 07/12/2017 (see table below)
• Green from 07/12/2017 (see table below)
• Purple from 07/12/2017 (see table below).

Also please remember from last weeks update we do not update you on the satin machine finishes since we keep the blank pieces here in stock.
