MFG Update July 20, 2017

Good afternoon all and many thanks for stopping in to get the latest on what’s happening here at the BT facility.  As is always the case our gratitude and thanks for your generous support it’s been extremely busy here literally non stop since the clock hit January 1st this year.  We are just blown away by the love and by your encouragement and business this year.  We feel we have the greatest customers in the world and y’all prove it every day to us.  

Low and No Stock Items

This week’s update will serve essentially as a supplemental to last weeks.  All product that was low stock or no stock still stands and all ETA’s to manufacture on those items still hold.  The Hellcat Thermostat Housing is just selling like candy here and we will begin the second round of manufacturing the week of July 24th (next week).  

Catch Cans

Right now our focus has been catch can support be it fittings, quick connects, and brackets for our Mopar lineup and our private label customers.  We do have many cans out at color now, and we have LOTS more going next week. All satin catch can orders through June 15th are shipping and will be cleaned up and on lead-times again sometime mid next week.  We are manufacturing to capacity on that product. We absolutely appreciate you and thank you for choosing our brand.  If you need expedited service PLEASE let us know we can work to help you.   

Items Still at Plating (Finish)

The following items are still out at plate (anodize and or powder coating) as of this update:

• Orange from July 12th
• Green from July 12th
• Purple from July 12th
• Blue from July 12th
• Red from July 6th

Expediting Orders For Upcoming Shows

We should be receiving a large batch of anodize and powder coating back in next week and will work to expedite several orders from these colors in preparation for several shows upcoming in the next couple weeks.  Those who needed an expedited order and requested it we will be working diligently to complete your order.  We have black, and matte black orders that came in this week where we have MANY orders in those batches needing completion quickly.

Please be assured we are working to wrap you up and get you on the way in time.  If we get close to any deadlines we can make arrangements to have packages shipped to your hotel or final destination the day before any event to install your products. With the exception of valve covers our product install easily and can be done with very little effort or mechanical knowledge. The only time you will need any type of tools is with our catch can installation otherwise installing BT Bling is a snap.

Satin and Polish Lead Times

As we have written in previous updates, and in our about us pages and various links at the footer of our website all BT products are kept in machine blank (satin finishes).  Please allow us up to two weeks to prepare any satin parts for final processes such as engraves and or assembly to ship to you.

Once more need an expedited delivery please reach out to us we will work with you.  All colors that come in and you see them posted as back from color or polish, please also allow us up to two weeks to complete the final processes needed to ship your order to you.  We never want to compromise when it comes to our the final product that is placed in the box and shipped to you.  

Current Stock Statues on the Website

Finally all items on the website the current stock statues are accurate as of todays update.  When in doubt just give us a call we are here to help assist you.
