MFG Update October 31st, 2017

Good afternoon everyone and Happy Halloween.  

Team BT Heads to Atco

We are here to give you just a brief update that members of Team BT will be traveling to the Season Finale of the Modern Street Hemi Shootout in Atco New Jersey  starting November 1st and returning to the office on Tuesday, November 7th.  The facility will be open with absolutely no interruptions.

We do not interrupt any calls if we are on the other line to answer an inbound call if there is only one of us in the office taking calls. All members here wear many hats and it is our goal to get you helped and taken care of quickly, and professionally.  Our phones are live 6:00 A.M. through 3:30 P.M. M-F.  

Catch Cans and Titanium Finishes

We are shipping satin catch cans daily with colors and polish as they come in.  We have also received the standard titanium finish back in since our update late last week as well as the matte titanium and have started to ship products off those orders that have come in.  Please remember to allow us 10-14 days to ship your order once back in from finish. It may be sooner.  When in doubt just call or email for the latest info.

We are expecting the following finishes to come back in over the next week:

• Standard Red (Arrived Back late on Oct. 31st)
• Matte Red (Arrived Back late on Oct. 31st)
• Purple (Arrived Back late on Oct. 31st)
• Orange

Black Finishes

Standard black went out and there is an outside chance we see those orders back from finish prior to our next update on November 8th.  

Nick Billet All Tricks No Treats Winners
