MFG Update Supplemental October 24, 2017

Good afternoon everyone.  As promised will be keeping you in the loop with supplemental updates as we get these orders out for colors and polish.

Red and Black Anodize

Red and black will be up in the next couple of days and of course once those orders are at plate will update with a new supplemental.  There are close to 400 orders that need red and black alone and we appreciate all of you who have been so patient.

Satin Catch Cans

In the meantime we are just about back into the two week window on satin catch cans shipping and will be there and moved in even closer by the end of the week.  The only folks we will be lagging on are those with fender mounts as we are just preparing to do another run on those mounts now. We are covered on fender mount orders through October 18th and will be quickly back on point in a few days.  

Credit Card Charges and Deposits

Please remember if you see an actual charge on your credit or debit card (some of you receive text or email notifications when a charge is made) be sure to log in to your account you will see your order moved to “Ready to Ship” status.  We usually have those orders out within 24-48 hours when that status changes and we charge your card.

Don’t forget any color and polish items are subject to the 30% refundable deposit charge to begin work.  Any questions concerning any of this please call us Monday through Friday 6:00 A.M. EST until 3:30 P.M. EST. 

Low and Out of Stock Items

We are out of stock or low stock on the following items.  If you ordered a complete under hood kit some of you (mostly those heading to black and red on 10/25) will receive your kit less those two pieces.  We do not hold your shipments and will forward those shortly after the initial shipment.  We notate that information on your invoice copy in the order comments as well.  

• Transmission cap cover (sold out running 1st week of November)
• Fuel Door Inserts (low stock) running mid November
• Low Pressure and high pressure A/C Port Caps (sold out running now).  We do have stock sigma series on the low and high pressure A/C Port caps.

The following colors and finishes are still out for plating and we do expect many of these finished back any day now:

• Blue
• Matte Red
• Clear Anodize
• Burnt Orange
• Polish

• Yellow (Arrives back tomorrow)
