Supplemental MFG Update December 14th, 2017
Good afternoon everyone and as always thank you for your support and trust.
Today’s update is a supplemental to keep everyone posted on what has gone out for finishes and what has come back.
Back in Black (and Red)
The red and black is just back late this afternoon and we are inspecting the parts and preparing them for final processes prior to package (assembly for cans and engraving for any products needing that done). We know many of these orders are holiday requests and we will be putting in any and all extra time in the shop to get these completed. If for any reason there is going to be a delay or we run into a problem on our end we will let you know via a direct email or phone call.
A Note About Shipping
Speaking of shipping packages please remember as soon as your package leaves our facility we cannot control any delays from carriers. The proverbial “don’t shoot the messenger” in this case applies. We will do all we can to help locate any packages in those events with you to ensure you get your items.
All our shipments to you are insured but we do have to wait for a timeline from carriers before we can file any claims too so please don’t dispute a charge where the carrier is at fault will work with you and with the carrier together to get any resolution that may be needed in the rare event this does occur.

Just give us a call phones are live Monday through Friday 6:00 A.M. EST until 3:30 P.M. EST. We are here past 3:30 each day, however, we are working on shipping, and general shop tasks after 3:30. With a small crew we wear many hats,if you call after 3:30 P.M. please be sure to leave us a voicemail, and will call you back the next day. If you get voicemail during regular business hours we are either with customers on the phone, or not at a phone to hear it ring. We will call you back that same day. You may also email us. We usually reply the same day M-F.
