Supplemental MFG Update December 18th, 2017

Good afternoon everyone and welcome to the week before Christmas here at Team BT.  We are working feverishly to get your orders out and have a supplemental for you today alerting everyone to what has come back in from outside services.

Holiday Delivery Requests

Friends, as we updated you late last week, our focus is on holiday delivery requests when it comes to colors and polish.  We have staff working the shop into the evening hours to get things engraved up and ready for packing on those orders, and we also have a continuous assembly chain going on catch cans all finishes.  

Voicemails: Callback Numbers

As we stated last week, if you get our voicemail please leave us a call back number.  Phones are live 6:00 A.M. until 3:30 P.M.  We call you back the same day if before 3 P.M. (all times eastern) and if after 3 we will call you back the next day.  

Remember folks we there are only 10 of us here and we all wear many hats. Our most important goal is providing you the best product at a great price and with service to go along with it before during and after.  We are not ignoring you, we are literally just like Santa’s Elves right now getting stuff ready to go.  

Satin Machine Finish Products

For those of you that ordered satin machine finish products (the best in the industry bar none), we are pleased to report those orders through December 13th are finished and shipping or in packaging.  We had a lot of satin machine finish products ordered during the Encore and all this month and we are very happy to report we are getting them out.  

Catch Cans

We are making every effort to keep catch cans within that two week ship point less weekends and holidays. We are running about 15 days from that at the present time just simply because we are once again outstripping our suppliers abilities to keep us supplied on powder coated fittings and nickel plated fittings.  If you need expedited shipping after you order your satin can please let us know it will not cost you extra and will move you up in the line.

We currently are sitting at 407 cans in assembly either waiting for black or nickel fittings or coming out into the shipping and packaging areas. We have plenty of stock and we run this product daily.  As soon as our plater and powder coater reopen after the Christmas New Years Week shutdowns we will be sending out close to 700 catch cans for outside colors.

We know you have choices and we absolutely appreciate your trust and business.  Team BT is the originator of the modern Hemi catch can there are plenty of look a likes out there but there is only one OG and that’s from Team BT!  Thank you!!

Team BT Christmas Holiday Schedule

A quick note on our Christmas Holiday Shutdown here at the facility:

• December 18 through December 21st the shop is operating from 5:00 A.M. through 9:00 P.M.  Phones live 6:00 A.M. through 3:30 P.M.  Visitors until 4:00 P.M.  We will be making multiple runs to either drop off at FedEx, UPS or USPS to get those holiday requests out.  Please know if you have that holiday request in we are doing all we can to ensure that happens for you even it it means arranging a USPS Christmas Day delivery.  
• Friday, December 22nd we are working 5:00 A.M., through 11:30 A.M.  Our crew will be breaking at 11:30 in order that we may gather as a family for our holiday party.  Several of us will return later that day to finish packing and completing any holiday requests that we know can still get out.  There will be no more phone or emails answered until Tuesday, December 26th when we reopen for business at 6:00 A.M. EST.  
• Team BT will continue to ship product all during Christmas and New Years week including any holiday requests that may not get done on an expedited basis.

January 2018

For everyone who has been so awesome and understood we are taking care of holiday orders first be assured we have a bunch of stuff and we do mean a bunch of stuff bundled up and ready to go to outside services (anodize, powder coat, polish) on January 2nd.  January will be an EXTREMELY busy month for updates and shipping.

One thing your BT Team will never do is compromise our high quality standards to slap something together and rush it.  We are always clear and up front what to expect from us and these MFG Updates are our tool to communicate with you our great customers and friends.
