Supplemental Update December 22, 2017

Good morning folks and a huge thank you. Todays update tables are all orders back and either shipping or preparing to ship for holiday delivery. We do have some additional yellow and white that has gone out for powder coat as our supplier there will be working a couple days next week.  

Holiday Requests

We are pleased to report all Holiday requests have been accounted for and are either on the way to you or will be on the way today for a weekend or Monday, yes Monday Christmas Day delivery with USPS.  We have used USPS, FedEx and UPS to get the packages to you and on the way.  We know the holidays are a special time spent with family and loved ones and we did our best to be sure no one was disappointed that made those requests of us.  

Non-Holiday Orders

For those of you who did not request a holiday delivery we do have items in final inspection and package now.  You may see your order status change to ready to ship today. If that happens and you do not have an emailed tracking number you package will ship Tuesday the 26th and arrive a couple days after that.  

For all of our amazing awesome customers and friends who participated during the Encore Event a month ago and have continued to be so supportive of Team BT all through December we absolutely appreciate you and your understanding in taking a back seat to the folks needing the holiday delivery.  Next week will have an update on Wednesday or Thursday laying out the game plan for January and getting things ready to go to outside services that very first week of January and all through the month until we are completed with your orders.  

Once an Order has Shipped

Remember folks when the packages leave our facility we can’t control any weather delays, mechanical failures, or human error.  All packages leaving as of the 21st and today are being marked for weekend requested deliveries and we are paying for it and you will see it on your tracking notifications.  Please be sure to add info@billettechnology.net and support@billettechnology.net to be sure you receive your shipping notification to your inboxes.  Remember unless requested signatures are required and all boxes are insured.  

BT Holiday Schedule

Finally the facility is closing today at 11:00 A.M. in order that the BT Team can gather together with our families and enjoy some down time together prior to going our separate ways for Christmas.  Because we have been able to get all holiday requests out the door we will not need to return this afternoon.  We also want to take this time and thank our wonderful outside suppliers for getting work in and getting the colors back to us in time for our crew to finish what we needed and ship to you.

The BT Team will be returning to the facility Tuesday, December 26th at 6:00 A.M.  We will be working 6:00 A.M. though 3:30 P.M. the 26th and 27th and breaking for New Years Weekend at noon on the 28th. Please note that we will not be answering any phones or faxes on the 28th.  Our crew will then return after New Years ready to start 2018 with a bang.

As we close this Christmas Holiday Update a heartfelt thank you to all who have supported our crew, been there in the great times and the bleakest hours, we we simply say thank you!  Thank you and Merry Christmas as well as Happy Holidays to all.  Enjoy some time with your loved ones and friends and be safe out there this Christmas weekend.
