Guys the phones and internet is back up at BT.
We are returning calls and emails as quickly as we can, while still giving you all the attention to detail to expect from us.

We are using an internet hotspot to provide some level of internet access at this time at BT HQ.

Our phones are ringing, but they are spotty at best.

Guys we are suffering from an internet and phone outage. Comcast has a partial node outage effecting 108 customers. Our phones are going straight to voicemail, and we can not get online or check our email. Comcast is estimating this issue being resolved around 2:30 EST, but they cannot guarantee that timeframe.

You can call and leave a voicemail, and we will call everyone back in the order which they called us.
