The People’s Sale: After the Sale

Team BT prides itself on our quality of product, customer service and transparency of operations, lead times and statuses. We have numerous avenues for you to stay informed after the sale: Help/FAQ Section of your invoice, and the links at the bottom this article.

Team BT posts Manufacturing Updates each week to keep you informed. Of course you may always reach out via phone or email if you want to talk to someone one on one instead for the latest and greatest as it relates to any open order(s) you have with us.

Manufacturing Updates

As mentioned above, BT posts Manufacturing Updates frequently. These updates are the BEST way to stay in the know.

We encourage you to check those updates as they contain lead time information, scheduling for manufacturing and re-runs of parts, as well as which orders and colors are heading out or returning from finishes.

The Manufacturing Updates’ Order ‘Tables’ are included in each update. In the tables you will find your order number and any relevant notes.

All orders in each table will be placed in numerical order. If your order has multiple items that are in multiple stages of the manufacturing process we will indicate that in the ‘comments’ section on the table.

Typical Order Tables are:

  • Orders that may need Manufacturing
  • Orders out at Finish (Anodize, Powder Coat, Polish)
  • Orders which have returned from Finish (Anodize, Powder Coat, Polish)
  • Any special circumstances tables where an order will appear and we ask you to call in if we have not been successful in reaching you etc.

Satin Catch Cans

Speaking of satin catch cans and assembly our goal will be to have all satin catch cans ordered during the sale shipped within 3-7 business days or sooner. We have plenty of stock, we run the product continually. All satin catch can orders will ship in order of receipt with holiday requests shipping first.

Invoice Help/FAQ

Upon completion of your order either with us over the phone or if you self checked out you were emailed an invoice. Your invoice has a Help/FAQ Section that contains links to our Manufacturing Updates, articles on lead-times, payment details, and information related to any custom orders you may have placed during the sale.

Please take a moment to click those links and become familiar with them. We are always up front and honest with what to expect when ordering from BT. We do our best to stay on point, even during the holidays.

Holiday Delivery

We cannot promise a holiday delivery due to the overwhelming volume of orders we will receive. Color matches factory colors we can almost certainly say the possibility is there we won’t be able to do so. Please know we will do all we can to make it happen if with the color matched factory colors. Rest assured your BT Team will make all efforts possible to ensure you have something to give to your loved ones for the holidays if you are giving a BT gift.

If you need an order delivered in time for the holidays please and you let us know in the order comments or letting one of our teammates know when you placed a phone order we have you covered and you can find the current listing of holiday requests in this article. This is current as of noon eastern time today. We will update it as necessary as more folks call in and they do in the next several weeks.

All Holiday delivery requests we must receive them no later than December 1, 2023. Even if you make a request after December 1st we will will do all in our power to get your order to you to give to your loved ones or friends for the holidays.

Custom Orders

You will find all custom requests in the table here after the sale. Please allow ample time for us to sort and organize this info, about a week or so should do it. Nick will be in touch with all of you on this list to go over everything and get your orders firmed up so we can begin to create your vision. When in doubt, please call in.
