Here’s the skinny on what to expect during the sale. We want you to be well informed, and prepared so you have the best experience possible. So please take a few minutes and read these articles and you have several days to participate in the sale.

During The Sale

We addressed the hiccups experienced in prior years in a couple of ways:
First, as mentioned we are doing the discount code and that’s 45% off (Coupon Code BT45-24) for several days. No three-hour window to rush to completion. This allows everyone plenty of time to participate.
Secondly, additional resources will be made available by our shopping cart provider to us so we do not have any overloads on our server.
We will continually monitor traffic and stabilize the site as necessary at the shopping cart pages. The team will be monitoring for any issues so we can be on chat or on the phone with the support staff. Our online store will be providing a dedicated group to us through the duration of the sale.

If for any reason you cannot get through on the website or phone, once again PLEASE EMAIL US immediately.
To summarize, all emails are date and time stamped and we will assist you with completing your order if you email us during the sale.
The Billet Tech staff will not accept any emails sent hours or days later, claiming that you could not get through. We must have a date stamped email from you stating the issues you were having and receive that email date and time stamped by 11:59 P.M., pacific standard time, November 29th, 2024 when the sale ends in our time zone. No Exceptions.
So Where Do You Enter The Code (BT45-24) to receive 45% off?
- Once you are ready to checkout, simply head to your shopping cart.
- When you get to your cart, under the products you’ll see an area to apply a Coupon Code.
- It’s kinda small, this is what it looks like:
- Enter the discount code BT45-24 and click “update”.
The discount is now applied to your order.
Simply finish the checkout process and your done! DO NOT COPY AND PASTE THE CODE! Type it in yourself.
AFTER THE SALE
Lead Times
Let’s be as blunt as possible regarding lead times for orders placed during the sale:
YOU MIGHT WAIT A WHILE FOR YOUR ORDER.
There is just no way around the fact that some customers are going to have to wait longer for their orders than you our customers or us would like. There are several factors which are in play: extremely high volume of orders, custom artwork, a wide variety of color options, and then Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday breaks. There are still many supply chain issues we are dealing with as are our vendor partners.
Please be patient. Know we are working extremely hard to get your parts made, plated, engraved, assembled, inspected, packed and shipped to you. We will not trade quality for quantity. That’s not the BT way. We will continue to do our very best to provide you top shelf customer service and support while you wait by answering emails timely, taking your phone calls, calling you back and staying on top of the entire process with our manufacturing updates that have been doing for many many years now.
Our team puts in a a lot of time and effort planning, pre-staging, and prepping for this sale. With 17 plus years of experience putting on the sale, we do our very best to work as efficiently as possible without compromising quality.
Team BT’s commitment to produce the very best product possible is an all encompassing philosophy, starting with the raw materials, the quality of our machine work, right down to our outstanding vendor partners. We do not rush our supplier partners and providers (anodize, powder coat, paint and polish), and as a result they provide the best possible finishes in the industry bar none and they back up what they sell to us giving 100% peace of mind if there is a problem it will be addressed quickly and you the customer will not be holding the bag so to speak.
Even with all of the planning and prepping, high volume, and unexpected ‘hot items’ some items will run out of stock. Billet Tech is a small company, we can’t stock thousands of each item. When we do run out of stock on a part the team will run it again as soon as possible.
Every year there seems to be a couple parts that are delayed in running. We simply could not put those items on to run sometimes until many months later because the run quantities were so low (we do have to have a ‘lot’ minimum that we must meet to begin even the smallest production runs). We have done all we can to take best estimate on all our products based on prior sales numbers and current years business so we have inventory on the shelf for most every single product on the day of the sale.
If your order seems to be dragging, or you have questions concerning the lead time for your order, or a part you are waiting on, reach out to us. You can contact us via email or phone (561.582.6171) and we will gladly give you an honest assessment of your order status, lead-time and any workarounds which suit your situation.
In those rare circumstances when that did happen (and it does every year) The BT staff took some abuse by a small minority of folks who participated.
Please understand we are on your side. We want you to have your parts as quickly as possible and most importantly be proud of what you receive. The last thing any of us here at Team BT wants is for you to have a bitter taste in your mouth when you open up your box of items.
Be Polite to Team BT
Do not abuse our staff, plain and simple. If you feel this may be a problem or you have a set time limit you need your parts by, the sale will not be for you even at 43% off. If you are fixating on a percentage off and read nothing above we encourage you not to order.
Our team is upfront and transparent in how we operate, be it during these special events, or all year long. This gives you the power to determine if you want to come in and be a part of the BT Family or not. For those who do, we welcome you with open arms. For those returning welcome back. For those who feel we are not for you, or what you want to do, we understand completely.
Customers who are abusive to members of Team BT regarding long lead times, or extended call back times will have their orders canceled, and banned from placing any future orders. No Exceptions.
This sale takes an extraordinary amount of effort to put on, and the strain it places upon our machinists, artists, sales and support staff. We are a small shop, with a lot of heart. We will get your parts out to you as quickly as we can. However, we will not sacrifice quality for a quicker turnaround time nor will we pressure our vendor partners. Communication is always key so pickup the phone and we will work it out with you.
Holiday Schedules
Just like you, we believe the holiday season is about spending time with family and loved ones. In today’s busy world we must take the time during the Holidays to gather with the people we love and care about.
We do not work our people on ‘Black Friday’ nor do we work any major holidays. We don’t do ‘cyber Monday, and have always broken with the ‘national trends’ if you will and hold our events before Thanksgiving. This is why as a core group we have been together for all these years and that’s because we believe in family first.
Thanksgiving
The Billet Technology facility will be closed starting at 12:30 P.M. EST., Wednesday, November 27th and returning to the facility on Monday, December 3rd at 6:00 A.M., Eastern Time to resume normal operations after our Thanksgiving break.
Christmas and New Years
As we approach Christmas week and New Year’s Week shipments inbound from outside services (anodize, powder coat, paint or polish) will begin to come to a standstill. Many of our valued suppliers shut down the last two weeks of the year to enjoy the holidays with family and friends.
Your BT Team will be working however, we will have a very limited schedule.
Our tentative Christmas and New Years schedule is as follows:
Friday, December 20th: We will be open for normal business hours (you can find that information on our Contact Page).
Monday, December 23rd: Our last working day before Christmas and we will be closing at 12:00 P.M. Eastern time.
Tuesday December 24th and Wednesday December 25th: The shop will be closed to spend time with our families over the Christmas Holiday.
Thurday, December 26th through Monday, December 30th: We will be open for normal business operations. We will be closed for the New Years Holiday Tuesday December 31st through Wednesday, January 1st and reopening on January 2, 2025 ready to start a new year!
Of course we will keep you posted on the Billet Technology Website in our Manufacturing Updates Section regarding our days and hours of operations during Christmas and New Years week if there are any changes to the schedule above.
