Manufacturing Update April 2, 2021

Good morning folks, welcome to the first Manufacturing Update of April 2021, and the start of quarter number two for the year.

We are so appreciative for the trust you place in our team, and for your support. Today we will be brief. Just letting you know what has come back in from finishes, and some general news. Next week should be a big week for finishes going out, and coming back in. We will touch on that briefly here today.

Stock Statues Update

Stock statues from the March 30th update remain the same with one exception.

Water Necks

The 5.7, 6.1 and 6.4 (392 Hemi) water necks are sold out. You guys, and gals are just slaying those.

We had 61 in inventory on Monday, and we sold out yesterday. Material will be ordered late next week, with an ETA to start delivery in satin the third week of April.

Coolant Tank Covers

Coolant tank covers will be back on the machine middle of next week. After having some supply chain issues on materials, we had another drop of material and we are rolling.  

We have several folks with machine satin finish orders that need to go out ASAP, so we will get those first.

We also have several customers with custom orders in here that are back from finish. So please be sure to get with Nick to finalize your designs as we want to start engraving, and get them out to you.

We will have approximately 28 units on the shelf after we fulfill current orders. We are manufacturing 350 of them on this run.

Satin Catch Cans

All satin catch cans from March 19th to March 29th are moving to “pending to ship” status. We are assembling, cleaning, and packing them as quickly as possible. We have 400 plus units in satin between those dates that are being readied for shipment next week.  All cans from March 30th forward are also in the assembly queue and will be shipping by last next week.  

Satin cans are right around the 12 business day mark to ship. The volume in March has been record breaking. We have plenty of inventory on hand. The many visitors we had this week can attest to how much volume is flowing in and out of here. No one is sitting around our shop twiddling thumbs!

Need us to ship your satin catch can the next business day after you order it?
Just let us know when you are checking out in the comments box. When we batch the orders the next morning, we will pull those and ship them.

Colors In, One Out

We have received the Lime Green Metallic and Copper batches back in from color. We sent a batch of Titanium out for plating. Please see the tables below the article for more information. As always, when in doubt simply call (561.582.6171) or email us for more information, or one on one assistance.

If you see your order has come back in from color, please allow us 5-10 business days to complete any final processes such as engraving, assembly, inspection, packaging and shipping.

Red and Black are On Deck

By the middle of next week we will have a black, red, matte black, and matte red batches off to plating. Presently we have 914 catch cans between all four of those finishes that need to be done.

We appreciate you guys, and gals. We will have those orders out to color, along with all of our other items that need those finishes, next week.

Colors Still Out

We currently are waiting for the Orange and Matte Orange anodize to come back in. The Plum Purple, Racing Red Metallic, Destroyer Grey, Sublime, TorRed, Laser Bronze, and Jazz Blue is scheduled to return to the facility shortly. Once they are ready, we will wrap them up, and get them out the door to you all.
