Manufacturing Update March 30, 2021

Welcome to the last Manufacturing Update in March, and the last update of quarter number one 2021.

Folks, right off the bat we want to say thank you for all the support this month, in fact this entire quarter has been another record breaker here. We are super slammed. Your Team BT is working as quickly as possible, as are our vendor partners, to get your pieces out to you, without compromise on quality.

So Many Parts in Final Processes

We have several hundred color orders in here right now (blue, matte blue, white, yellow, octane red, yellow, and purple). We are wrapping up engravings on these orders, and getting them in to Andrea to clean and package.

All of these orders contain multiple items, with all pieces back. So we are making one shipment to you guys, and gals.

If you come visit us you will see exactly how much stuff is here. In fact we are literally running out of space for these parts, so please be patient. There are ten of us working to get them finished for you.

If you have an upcoming event, and you see your order has come back from finish, please give us a call (561.582.6171) or email us so we can get you finished up, and shipped out in time to make your show.

Color Batches Still Out

We have not gotten anything back in since our last update (03.22) but we do have a lot of stuff out.

Below is a recap what is still out as of today’s update and also there will be tables of the individual orders that have gone to finishes since we last visited with you on March 22nd.

  – (this is more of a match for Hell Raisin and see tables below this is new info)

• Lazer Bronze (custom one off color request)

• Misc., pieces of B5 Blue, F8 Green and Octane Red
• Orange and Matte Orange

We should be seeing the orange and matte orange back any day now.

Red and Black Batches on Deck

We do have bundles of more red, matte red, black, and matte black preparing to go out to plating. We should get a large batch of the red and black out before the end of the week.

Stock Statuses

Stock status we are in good shape on most of our popular items. All stock statuses have been udpated on the website. Product availability can be found next to the unit price on each product’s page.

Colors will remain on lead-time standard lead time. More info on our lead times can be found HERE.

Please keep in mind that our vendor partners are jammed folks. As we have mentioned in prior updates, we do not rush them as we do not want to compromise quality for a down, and dirty job.

Can mistakes happen? They sure do. We make them, and our partners make them.

Working with quality shops that are vital to our product line ensures we can provide you with service, and support in the rare event we miss an imperfection, or something is not holding up finish wise.

We stand behind our products. You can get a hold of us at anytime for help, and assistance if you ever need to. Our relationship does not end with you after we ship your order, it’s only the beginning.

Our job will always be to ensure you are satisfied, and getting what you paid for, for years to come. Much of our business is still “word of mouth”, and return customers.

We want to keep earning your trust, and business, well into your next vehicle purchase so you will consider coming back to us when you trade up.

Satin Machine Finish Items

Satin machine finished under hood items we are shipping those orders (complete) right around the two week mark (from the day you order).

This is our best selling finish and we keep those parts in blank here at all times.

If you order your satin machine finished pieces with no engraving they ship within 2 business days, as long as we have stock. You can check the availability next to the unit price in each product description.

Satin Catch Cans

Satin catch cans are shipping around 10 business days right now. It’s just crazy how many of these you guys are ordering.

We not only sell our own brand, but we private label for several other companies who buy large volumes each quarter. We also configure our can to work on other brands.

If you need us to ship your catch can the day after you order, please let us know in the order comments that you need it shipped out asap. We will take care of that, and ship it the following day.

Ordering by phone? Just let the friendly BT staff member who takes your call know this, and it will be handled promptly.

Leave Your Number After the Beep

Folks just a quick reminder, if you get our voicemail during business hours we are either on the phone helping customers, or out in the shop where it’s really hard to hear the phone; much less hear you talking to us when we do hear it ringing while we may be all out there on the floor.

I personally have talked with some of you while in the shop, and the first thing I do tell you is “My apologies. I’m not yelling it’s just really hard to hear myself and you”.

So please friends, leave your call back number, and a brief message on how we can help assist you. We will call you back the same business day (if before 3:30), and the next business day if after 3:30 P.M. eastern time.

Payment Reminder

A word about payments again.

If you do not want the funds coming out of your account immediately do not use Paypal. Want to use Paypal but have not done business here knowing it’s going to take some time to get your product? Call (561.582.6171) or email us. we can place the order for you and notate the order to send you a money request when the order is ready to ship.

We lay everything out, in simple, easy to understand terms. We understand trust is delicate when it comes to your money. We may take time to get you your items, but NO WHERE will you see anyone saying we have played loose with customers money, refused refunds, and not done right by our responsibility to the customer when it comes to his, or her wallet.
