Manufacturing Update April 23, 2021

Good afternoon BT Nation. Welcome to Friday, and that usually means it’s time for another MFG Update.

First, last, and always our crew remains humbled, thankful, and grateful for all the support and trust you place in our team. This is the busiest we have ever been here at our facility, and just when we think you guys and gals are tapering off, the next waves of orders come in.

As we mentioned last week, we are busy, and our vendor partners are also slammed! Please be patient folks especially on the anodize, powder coat, and paint finishes.

Standard Anodize is Back

We got back all the standard titanium, red, clear anodize, and standard black batches back on Wednesday. So please have a look at the order tables below this article, locate your orders to see that it has come back in from finish.

Destroyer Grey

We will have the Destroyer Grey back on Monday and get right into those orders asap. We will do a mid week update next week as well so look for those orders to appear as back in on the April 28th update. When in doubt just give us a call.

Batches Still Out for Color

We still are waiting on the following finishes to come back in:

• Matte Black
• Matte Red
• Racing Red Metallic
• Plum Purple Powder Coat
• Lazer Bronze
• Sublime
• Jazz Blue

The ETAs for the above batches which were posted in the April 19th update are still solid, with the exception of: Racing Red, Plum Purple, and Lazer Bronze batches.

We were at powder coating this week picking up black fittings for the catch can assemblies and our powder coater is just slammed right now. They have promised us delivery on the orders we have had out with them since March 30th this coming week (week of April 26th). Batches on Deck

A heads up for folks with open orders that have not gone to finish yet the following will be going out next week:

• Blue and Matte Blue Anodize
• Burnt Orange Anodize (no matte)
• Purple and Matte Purple Anodize

Within the next week to 10 days more matte black and matte red will go to anodize.

Weekend Overtime

The team is working this weekend in the shop to keep these orders that just came back in from red, black, and clear moving through the engraving queue, and to keep replenishing inventory.

The office will not be open for phone calls, but the team will be working hard in the shop both Saturday and Sunday to get your parts to you asap.

Stock Statuses

All stock statues are up to date on the product availability on the website. That can be located next to the unit price of each product. When in doubt about any thing at all just reach out to us for clarification.

We do update the availability of all products the middle of each week with an ETA to run if we are currently sold out on any product you are interested in.

Coolant Tank Covers

All back orders of satin machine finish coolant tank covers shipped this week. We now have inventory on the shelf to fill new orders.

We sent some matte red covers up to plating on Wednesday (see the tables below), and next week we will be sending out a bunch of black, red, and matte black covers out to be anodized.

Color coolant tank cover back orders will be shipping all through May.

New business as of this week is on lead-time again.

Satin Catch Cans

All satin catch cans from April 10th to April 19th have been assembled and are in packaging with Andrea now, and will be ready to ship to you next week.

If your order is in “pending to ship status” when you log in, Andrea has yet to seal the box. If it’s in “ready to ship status” the box is sealed up, and Alex is preparing your paperwork. When in doubt call us and we can get you moved up and out.

If you are placing an order over the phone for a satin catch can, and need us to ship it out to you the next business, just let whomever is taking your order know, and we will take care of it for you.

Ordering online? Let us know in the comments section you need us to ship that catch can out asap, and it will be done.

Payment Reminders

Folks once again a friendly reminder about your orders, and how you paid.

If you paid with PayPal, it’s instant.

Not comfortable with us having your cash prior to us shipping your parts out? Contact us.

We will work with you, sending the funds back to you. We will re-bill you when your order is ready to ship.

If you paid with a credit card you may be subject to a 30% deposit.

Alex will send a friendly reminder if he captures that 30% off your authorization code. He will also include links that contain important information about our process prior to shipping.
