Manufacturing Update August 20, 2019

Good afternoon all, and welcome to the latest, and greatest, going on the facility.

Polish and Clear Anodize Out, Black & Blue Are In!

We have some polish that we are adding on to the batch from August 13th, and those orders are on a new table below. We also sent out a batch to clear and matte clear.

We received the standard black back on August 16th and that is reflected in the update today. Many of the catch cans, and coolant tanks, from that batch are in shipping or shipped yesterday. Some of you have already received your tracking details or have moved to ready to ship in the status on your order.

The team received the blue and matte blue back this morning as well. Our supplier partners are moving things along very nicely for us our team appreciates their hard work in enhancing our already beautiful machine finishes.

Stock Status

As we do with just about every other update, we will cover some stock status information for you guys and gals. Please have a look below to see what products we have low stock, are out of stock, and the ETA of the next production run.

2005-2007 Shifter Inserts:
We will make another round yes, but due to scheduling we have to bump this back to mid September to manufacture.

Coil Pack Covers:
The team will start running those late next week. Some of you guys and gals got your valve covers first before your coil pack covers. It won’t be long until we will have the matching coil pack cover over to you.

Those of you with an order in without valve covers same as well, sometime in September we will start shipping them again, and we will have inventory moving into the fall.

3MM Wheel Spacers:
These caught fire late last week we sold 32 sets in a couple of days and tapped out our inventory on Saturday night. We will order material next week, and put them on the lathe again in early September.

Hellcat Supercharger Reservoir Covers:
These are on the machine now, back orders in satin will start to ship next week. Colors will begin to go out for finish right after Labor Day.

Uni-Strut Covers:
We are currently sold out, and we have minimal back orders at the moment. So we are putting other turning work on that machine prior to knocking out inventory on this product. Material will be ordered this week for a new manufacturing run in early September.

We do have one single racing red metallic cover here that can be used in a Hellcat or Demon configuration.

ABS Covers:
ABS Covers are manufactured, and back orders are shipping in machine satin finish. Colors will start to go out to our vendor partners for finishes next week.

Jeep, Durango & Ram Fuse Box Covers:
Material will be here early next week, and we will bang out another run. We are super low on machine satin blanks, and have random colors here. We will be back in good shape with these again, with blanks on the shelf, to build to your taste by in early September.

Sigma Series Oil Dipsticks:
These are running now. Machine satin will start to ship next week. Colors will go to our vendor partners right after Labor Day Weekend.

PCV Caps:
These caps will be on the machine late next week with machine satin caps shipping right after Labor Day. All colors will go to our vendor partners for finishes after Labor Day weekend.

Hellcat Demon Oil Dipsticks:
These are in production. See the August 9th update as that information is unchanged.

Manifold Baffle Covers:
Baffle covers are sold out. Material will be ordered late next week so that we may begin another run right after the Labor Day weekend.

Sigma Series Oil Caps:
We sold out over the weekend. We have no current orders for those at this time, so we won’t be running any for stock until mid to late September. If we get a flurry of orders on these oil caps, then will revisit running them sooner.

2011+ Washer Fluid Caps:
We sold the last one today as part of an under hood package. We will order material next week, and possibly get them on for production later next week, but more than likely these will run right after the Labor Day Weekend.

All other times we have currently listed in our product catalogue on line we are in good shape inventory wise. We have machine satin blanks on the shelf ready to be engraved to your specifications (machine satin items usually ship in 10-15 days) or sent to colors per your requests.

Catch Cans

Satin catch cans are shipping in 1-5 days. We have plenty of satin cans in inventory, and in constant production. Catch cans in colors, and polish are going out weekly to our vendor partners.

Hellcat bracket and connectors have been replenished, and all those folks that were tickling that five day time frame are shipped. Thank you all again truly for the support

Valve Covers

Valve Covers are sold out! Thank you everyone. We probably will not do another run in 2019 so anyone that is interested in getting a set, it’s gonna be next year. If you follow our IG page, you’ve seen our customers’ valve covers as we have been getting them shipped off on this 52 set run. Those posts created a spike in interest.

We always encourage you to follow our updates. We try to keep dates on point however, as a working shop, we often times have to move things around to accommodate other business besides our automotive line.

Lead Time for Final Processes

Remember folks if you see your order has come back from finish please allow us 7-14 days to complete any final processes such as engraving, assembly, inspection, to wrap up your order and ship it.
