Manufacturing Update August 6, 2019

Welcome everyone to the first MFG Update of August 2019. Team BT would like to thank you guys and gals for your support, your trust and allowing us to be part of your ownership experiences. We know you have choices, and are thankful you choose to come here, and be a part of the Billet Tech family.

If you are here doing some due diligence, thinking about placing an order, and have been looking at our updates welcome. If you are a old timer checking in on a current order, welcome back. Today’s update is supplemental to let you know what has come back in, and gone out for finishes. The stock status update we did last week on what was low, out, or manufacturing is unchanged. Remember if you have any questions just give us a call (561.582.6171) or email us.

Satin Catch Cans

All satin catch cans have shipped that were ordered before August 2nd. Satin machine finish catch cans are shipping 1-5 days. If you need us to ship the very next day after you order just put it in the comments box upon checking out or let us know if you are placing your order over the phone with any of our teammates. All satin cans ordered from August 2nd through the 4th will be out of the BT facility and on the way to you by Thursday.

Colors and Finishes

Our plater and powder coater are killing it right now on turn around. We appreciate their efforts in giving us amazing finishes that allow us to work our magic after the BT pieces come back in from the color processes.

Octane Red from June 6th

Currently the finish that is outstanding the longest is the Octane Red from June 6th. Family its not intentional on the delay, and as you see we have received many finishes back in since then from our finishing partner who is doing the color matching for us.  Our vendor partner is working out a few kinks with that color, and has redone that last batch. We should be picking it up before the weeks end.

Thank you all for your patience and understanding on this batch. We know some of you guys and gals are ready to come burn down the shop on that. As soon as we get that batch back, those items/orders will have priority over all other orders currently in house as they are now the oldest items.

Batches Still Out for Color

Other than the Octane red the following are still out for finish:

• F8 Green from July 19th
• Destroy Grey from July 19th
• Racing Red Metallic from July 23rd
• Matte Red from July 31th
• Standard Red anodize from July 31th
• Copper (all styles) from July 31th
• Black from July 31th

Blue and Purple are Back. Red is on Deck

When we picked up the blue and purple (matte finishes too) yesterday the standard red anodize was on deck to be run next so we should be seeing those items coming back to our facility shortly.

Lead Time for Final Processes

If you do see your order is back from finish please allows us 7-14 days to complete any final processes such as assembly or final engravings prior to shipping your items to you. If you have an upcoming event and your items are back and you are trying to make a show, please reach out to us and we will do all we can to get your buttoned up and shipped out.
