Manufacturing Update February 26, 2021

Good afternoon everyone. Thank you always for your support, and most importantly, your trust in our team. We appreciate your business, and are extremely humbled that you continue to allow us to be part of your ownership experiences.

Goodbye February, Hello March

This is the last update for February 2021, as we roll into March with the end of the 1st quarter of 2021 right around the corner.

We are in good shape on most of our product offerings in so far as inventory. We continue to get amazing service from our vendor partners, who enhance the look of our already amazing satin machine finished items.

Time change is right around the corner for most of us here in the United States. Longer days, no more dark at 4:00 in the afternoon, and spring right around the corner; which means show season is literally right upon us!

Stock Statuses

We do have a few items that are getting low on stock. Just a few, so let’s jump on those now. We are in good shape on everything else, and continually manufacturing to keep pace with your demands.

All product availability is 100% up to date on the website. You can find the availability information right next to the price on each product.

3MM Spacers

We have 6 sets left in stock, as of today’s update. You guys ate those right up. We made 400 sets at the end of 2020, and they didn’t last 90 days. Incredible.

We ordered material today, and we will knock another batch out in the next week to 10 days.

We recommend you call prior to ordering just to be safe. We will mark the product availability on the website as “sold out” as soon as when we do sell the last set. We will most likely sellout over the weekend.

Hood Shock Covers

Hood shock covers have also sold like crazy. We manufactured 1,000 sets of those, 800 for the cars, 200 for the trucks, Jeeps, and Durangos earlier in the year.

The car shock covers are nearly sold out again. We have 13 sets left, as of this morning. We do have material here, and will run off another 500 plus for the cars to keep them on the shelf.

We do have plenty of inventory for the Rams, Durangos, and Jeeps.

Fuse Box Covers

Speaking of Jeeps, Durangos and Rams we are sold out on the 13-19 Jeep/Durango covers and the 13-18 Ram Covers. We ordered material this morning for those and we will have satin machine finish back on the shelf late the second week of March. 19-21 Rams we are ok on inventory for those years.

Satin Catch Cans

Satin catch cans are shipping right around that 7th business day mark, from the time you ordered.

We just filled three distributor orders that cleaned out a bunch of our bottoms. We just machined up several hundred bottoms and now we have equal tops and bottoms again to continue assembly and then to fill colors.

All cans ordered through February 24th, in machine satin, are clearing assembly, and heading into Andrea to package and ship to you guys.

If you need a satin catch can shipped the next business day let us know when you place your order. If you are ordering via our online store, please let us know in the order comments field, and we will get that handled for you. If you are calling your order in, just let the BT teammate who is helping you with your order know so we can mark it, and get it out the next day.

Factory Color Match

As we reported last week the factory color match is moving great, and the finished parts look amazing.

Most of of the F8 Green, and Redline Red orders that came back in two weeks ago have either shipped, or are hitting the shipping area now for Andrea to clean, and package.

B5 Blue & Octane Red

The B5 Blue will be back early next week (probably on Tuesday). Those orders were wrapping up at our vendor partner yesterday. The Octane Red will be completed a few days after the B5 Blue.

Factory Colors on Deck

Next week we will prepare the Destroyer Grey, TorRed, Jazz Blue, and Sublime batches to head out for color matching. We should have everyone wrapped by the third week of March.

Open Orders with Factory Colors

On the old orders for the factory color matched finishes, those are mostly coolant tank cover orders. Those will start heading to finish in March as the coolant tank covers are cut. They are going on the end machine within the next couple of days, as we wrap up the coil pack cover restock.

The Return of Factory Color Options

Factory color matched options will return to the website for ordering, on all of our product offerings, by March 3rd.

We will launch an article with the reintroduction of the factory color matching early next week. The article will cover what to expect morning forward, and how the process will work.

All of the prior factory color options will be offered again: Redline Red, Octane Red, TorRed, Jazz Blue, Destroyer Grey and Sublime.

We will also be adding Smoke Show, and Frostbite to the the drop down menus on your color choices.

Colors In

We got quite a bit of stuff back since we last checked in with you on February 19th. Titanium, Matte Titanium, Racing Red Metallic is back along with the Matte Red.

Many of you with stand alone catch cans (no other items with your order) have already received your tracking details.

We just have started to unpack and sort the Racing Red Metallic, and Matte Red batches. The team will start assembly and the other final processes to complete those orders starting Monday.

Colors Out

We sent out batches of standard red, black, and blue, as well as a matte blue to anodize this week.

Please have a look at the tables below to see if your order has gone out.

The only thing we did not get out with those batches is catch cans. As mentioned above, we had several large distributor orders to fill and we were low on bottoms.

We are now caught up with tops and bottoms on the catch cans. Early next week we will send out the cans to be added in to these batches so we can get everyones orders filled.

Batches on Deck

The next batches to go out to be coated (non factory color match) within the next 7-10 days are:

• Polish
• Orange and Matte Orange
• Copper and Matte Copper
• Roman Gold Metallic (Last Run)
  (Roman Gold will be coming off the website next week)

Credit Card Deposits and Balance

Folks please remember, if you paid via a credit card we may charge you a 30% deposit within a day or so after you place your order. We will then charge the balance when the items are ready to ship.

As we get orders back in from outside processes (color) we reauthorize your credit card in preparation for shipping. You may see your order move to “pending to ship” status and your card charged for the balance.

Give us a few days to get your order packaged up, and out the door. Many of you are returning customers, and you know Andrea wraps your items up like fine China. No shrink wrap ‘n box toss here. Extreme care is taken when packaging up all items.

PayPal

Also a friendly reminder for those of you paying with PayPal or doing some due diligence here prior to placing an order.

PayPal payments are INSTANT.

If you are uncomfortable with us having your cash prior to shipping then PLEASE DO NOT pay with PayPal.

Call us if you need to work out another arrangement. We are here for you, and will work with you.

Any disputes made to PayPal prior to us shipping your order, and you did not reach out to us first we will AUTOMATICALLY cancel your order. For several folks over the past couple weeks that meant canceling an order that was boxed up, and ready to ship, or on the shipping shelf ready to get cleaned and package.

Our terms are clear. Picking up the phone or dropping us an email (or both) to see what’s up is easy. We actually communicate with you, and don’t leave you out to dry for days, or weeks, on end to get a reply.
