Manufacturing Update February 19, 2021

Good afternoon everyone. Welcome to Friday, and thank you all for the incredible support you show our team. The generous nature of you, our amazing customers, knows no limits. We remain humbled, and grateful to all of you.

Today we will be brief, as we covered a lot of ground on Monday’s update.

Stock Status Update

All product availability should be 100% up to date for each product on our website. When in doubt, just call (561.582.6171) or email us.

We are continually running the caps for under hood kits to meet demand, and boy are you guys just snapping up fuse box covers like crazy too! We are going to have to start keeping a machine dedicated to those in particular now soon. All styles, all models. The vast majority of them are customs also.  Incredible. Thank you all.

Supercharger Coolant Reservoir Covers

The Hellcat and Demon Supercharger Reservoir Covers are running right now. Those will start to ship in satin next week.

Color will start to go to finish before the end of the month, and ship all in March. We have inventory on the shelf moving forward for new business in machine satin.

Unistrut Covers

Unistrut Covers are also on the machine. We will start to ship satin back orders next week.

Satin Catch Cans

Satin catch cans are shipped or clearing assembly to be shipped through February 15th. If you see your order status as pending on your satin catch can order it means that your item will ship within the next 3-5 days.

We sell over 1300 units per month, and not just for Mopars, this is an item that is in continual production here, and always in assembly.

If you need your catch can in machine satin finish to ship the next business day after you order it, just put that in the order comments when self checking out or let us know if you are placing your order over the phone. The BT Team will get that handled for you.

We are shipping satin cans within 3-7 business days of ordering.

F8 Green and Redline Red Catch Cans

A quick note for folks with catch cans in F8 Green, or Redline Red, that came back on the February 15th update. The reason we have not shipped your stand alone cans is because we did not receive the brackets back. Our vendor partner was not happy with how the brackets came out. Those brackets have been refinished, and are curing.

These will either be picked up tomorrow (2/20), or Monday (02/22) at the latest. The Team will get those cans assembled, and out the door to you all next week. Most of the under hood items that we got back in those two batches are finishing their engraves right now, and heading into package.

B5 Blue and Octane Red

The B5 Blue and Octane Red batches should be ready for us before the end of the month, or the first week of March.

Factory Color Batches On Deck

We are preparing the Destroyer Grey, TorRed, Sublime and Jazz Blue batches to head to our color match partner. We are hoping to get these batches back quickly, so we can wrap those factory color match orders up, and get them in your hands.

Factory Color Match Option ETA

As mentioned on the February 15th update, after we complete the current open orders for color match we will relaunch the factory color match option. We will be offering factory color options for all our products, with additional factory match colors added to the pallet.

Purple and Matte Purple Orders

Folks with purple, and matte purple, anodize on order we finally have a large batch out for both finishes. We have just about everyone covered with the exception of the big coolant tanks. Those go on the machine starting next week, and will run for a good solid month.

Take a look at the tables below to find out if you order has gone to finish. If you don’t see your order, and have questions as to why it’s not gone yet, please reach out to us.

White and Matte Black are Back

We have received white and matte black back this week.

Catch cans from both batches will start shipping on Monday. We have all of those cans in assembly now, and heading in to Andrea. She will start packing, and shipping these Monday, and into early next week. Keep an eye on your inboxes for tracking details.

Color Batches on Deck

The next batch of color that will be going out is Standard Red and Black anodize. You will see those pop up on next week’s updates so if you have an open order stay tuned, and if you are contemplating a red or black anodized item you will be able to get in to those “lot” run of parts.  

Color Batches Still Out

The following finishes are still out:

• Racing Red Metallic from 02.08.21
• Titanium and Matte Titanium from 2.08.21
• Matte Red from 02.02.21

We do expect these orders back from finish next week.
