Manufacturing Update February 5, 2021

Good afternoon everyone, and welcome to the weekend. As we must start each update, our team sincerely thanks you for your support, trust, and allowing us to be part of your ownership experiences.

Today’s update will be brief. We will cover color batches going in, out and what’s on deck. You’ll also find information on how payments are processed, and options you have for how you want to pay. As always, we have inventory statuses and upcoming manufacturing runs listed so you know, before you buy, the availability of each specific product.

Colors In, Colors Out

We had colors in, and out this week including the yellow that went in, and came back all in the same week!

The blue, and matte blue batches are back. The orange batches were in process when we picked up the blues, and will be ready next week.

We sent off some polish to be completed, and also clear anodize. Please refer to the tables below to see what has come back, and gone out.

Factory Colors

The RedLine Red, and F8 Green from the January 22nd update are completed, and will be ready for us to pickup late Monday, early Tuesday at the very latest.

If your order was on the update from January 22nd, it will be back by the middle of next week. When we go to pick up those two batches, we will be dropping off batches of B5 Blue and Octane Red.

Thank you everyone for your support, and patience on the factory color process. They are coming out terrific, and once we have all the old business cleaned up, we will relaunch, and move forward again.

Color Batches on Deck

Folks, next week we will launch a “mid week” update on February 9th or 10th. We have big batches of titanium and matte titanium that we are getting bundled up ready to go out, as well as batches of purple and matte purple.

We have a batch of racing red metallic that is almost ready to send to powder coat.

Most orders that have those finishes listed above, with the exception of the big coolant tank covers (see below), will be heading out in those batches.

We will also be adding on to the matte red, and matte black batches that went out last Friday. So please be sure to tune in to next week’s mid week update, or give us a call to check in on the status of your order.

Inventory and Manufacturing Statuses

All products are up to date on as it relates to availability on the website.

You can find that information on each product’s page, next to the unit price. Scroll down to see the lead-times, and several other tabs such as one specifically for how to care for your BT Parts.

We also put a “care for” sheet in each shipment we send out. Make sure you check the materials enclosed in the box so you don’t miss those things.

Devo Strut Covers

Finally after months, yes months, and we hang our head here, DEVO style strut covers are back on the shelf in machine satin.

We have started to ship all satin machined finished backorders, and colors will start to go out this coming week so we can get you guys your product. Most orders are from the People’s Sale, and December promotions. However, we do have some orders going back as far as early October.

We have manufactured 700 sets on this run, and we will have plenty of product to put on the shelf moving into the spring mod season, after all backorders are filled.

Hood Strut Covers

All satin machine finish backorders have shipped. All new business in satin, those sets are shipping within a couple of days.

We have started to send colors for finish. In fact, on the yellow that went out early this week, and already came back, we have sets in that group that will be shipping shortly.

Truck, Jeep and Durango sets in satin will ship staring this coming week. We have inventory on hand moving forward, and colors on lead-time again.

Trackhawk Supercharger Coolant Reservoir Covers

We have a bunch of them coming off the machine now, and satin machine finish backorders will start to ship early next week.

Colors will start to go out for finish next week. All current, and new business will be on lead-time again.

Fuse Boxes

Fuse boxes are back in stock. We just ran off several hundred more: all years, all styles.

You guys, and gals are snapping these up like candy. Same with the ABS Covers, and doing some wild things on the art presentations for those two pieces.

We love working with you on those combos, helping you create something extremely cool for that area of your engine bay. Be sure to check out our social media channels (Facebook | Instagram) to see some of the unique artwork we’ve done, with even more being worked on right now.

One off themes are what we do, and have done, for the 15 plus years we have been on this platform. To see so many of you wanting that personalized touch is an honor. It’s a lot of fun, and we enjoy working, and interacting, with you, to bring your visions to life.

Coolant Tank Covers

We will begin manufacturing the big coolant tank covers the week of February 15th (later in that week). Those will be on the machine for a good solid month.

Satin machine finish will start to ship first (towards the end of the month), and colors shipping all through March.

We will be fully restocked again after we complete this run. If you have been following along on the updates to time your coolant tank order with the next manufacturing run, now is the time to consider placing an order.

Catch Cans

Satin catch cans are shipping right on the 7 business day schedule. The shear volume we move on that particular product is incredible we continually are running them and have them in assembly and into final package every single day.

All cans from January 24th though January 31st are in final quality check now, and many are in packaging today. All orders for catch cans in satin machine finish will be shipped by the middle of next week if ordered between the 24th and 31st of January.

All cans from February 1st thorough current business are in assembly now, and will ship by the end of next week or sooner.

Payment Options & Standards

Folks before we close it off, a reminder about how you paid.

PayPal

If you paid with PayPal that payment is INSTANT.

We are not in control of this, that’s PayPal. If you are NOT COMFORTABLE with us holding your funds until we complete your order please call (561.582.6171) or email us so we can make other arrangements with you.  Paypal disputes on deposits or items that have not shipped yet we will automatically cancel the order.  

Credit Card Payments & Deposits

Paying by credit card? You may be subject to a 30% deposit before we begin work. We will always email you when we take that deposit, along with several helpful links about what to expect, and why we take deposits.

We charge the balance when the item(s) are ready to ship.

When we get product back from outside services (anodize, powder coating and polishing), the team will reauthorize your credit cards for the balance due if you paid with a card.

Because of the overwhelming amount of orders in here, we may charge your card a few days out, prior to the items getting ready to ship. If you log in, and see your order is “Pending Shipment” that means that you are only a few days away from us shipping your product and that the final processes on your order are completing.  

When in doubt call us. We answer the phone, and we answer emails.

If you get our voicemail it’s either after hours, or we are in the shop, and can’t hear the phone ringing. Please leave a message with your phone number. We will call you back asap. You don’t have to wait days for us to reach back out, or chase us down to get us to respond to you, but you do have to leave a message with your call back number.
