Manufacturing Update January 15, 2021

Good afternoon family. We are halfway through month number one of 2021. Thank you to everyone for your support, and most importantly your trust.

In this update we cover anodize, powder coat, inventory and a few odds and ends. As we reported last week, the holiday season was insane here. We are currently rebuilding our inventory, and we are starting to send colors out for finishes.

Welcome New Members of the BT Nation

We have a lot of new folks that have joined the BT Family the past 60-90 days. Welcome everyone.

We also have seen a huge increase in traffic on the back end of our sites indicating, a lot of interest from folks who may, or may not, have placed orders yet.

Anodize Batches

Today you will find batches of blue, orange (standard and matte finishes), red, and black that went out today.

On the red, and black tables there are no catch cans in those batches. We will send the cans up the middle to end of next week. We are running Z Brackets, and Hellcat/Demon Brackets now so we can get a large batch of red, matte red, as well as black, and matte black out next week on catch cans.

Powder Coat Batches

We have the yellow, plum purple, white, and lime green metallic all back in.

We have started to ship out the yellow, and plum purple already this week.

On the stand alone catch cans, so many of you have already received tracking notifications on your orders. The white, and lime green just came in today. We still have to sort through it. We will be getting into those orders, and start to get them out to you next week.

Inventory Status

The inventory update we posted in last week’s manufacturing update is on target.

As mentioned, we have material coming in daily to replenish, and restock on all the stuff you guys gobbled up during the holiday season.

We did run out of fuse box covers this week. When we say run out we mean every style we make including the Rams, Jeeps and Durangos.

We ordered material this morning that will be here middle of next week. We are going to try, and get these started late next week.

We will be back in stock regardless on fuse boxes in satin machine finish all styles by mid February, at the latest.

Product Availability in the Store

The availability of each product on the website is current. You see that information when you click on the product to view it. It’s located right next to, and under the cost of the part.

Factory Color Match

Folks, with outstanding factory color match orders that went on November 24th, we are waiting on F8 Green to come back in next it is curing now and we have been told Monday or Tuesday of next week it will be ready. We will provide another update to everyone who has an open order in color match, middle of next week and what colors are next on deck to be finished. We covered this in detail on the January 8th update.

We know this is frustrating for many of you. If you need to vent call us (561.582.6171).

We had a few folks change to different finishes this week, and the vast majority who we heard from have been very supportive.

We will never dodge, bob or weave from our responsibility, as it regards to communication with you, be it good news, or bad news. Our job is not only to provide you a top shelf product unlike anything in the aftermarket, but to couple it with customer service, and that means answering your calls and emails and giving you information so you can make an informed decision on your end.

Satin Catch Cans

Satin catch cans are shipping daily. All satin catch cans ordered through January 10th are coming out of assembly, and into shipping now.

Once your catch can goes into the assembly queue we capture the preauthorization on your credit card. You may see your order stay in pending status for a few days, but rest assured we will have it out the door asap.

Between you, our amazing customers, and our private label business, we move well north of 1200 units per month. We absolutely appreciate the love, and support for that product.

We are shipping cans within 3-7 business days from the day you order.
