Manufacturing Update January 4, 2022

Good afternoon everyone and and a very Happy New Year. This is our first Manufacturing Update of 2022 and as always our team thanks you for another amazing year that was 2021. We look forward to more amazing times with all of you, both online, and in person this year.

Video Updates

Today we are just going to get our “feet wet” into this brand new year and have a major update on Friday, January 7th with weekly Friday updates to follow from that point forward. We last visited with you on December 17th and if you do not follow along on our social media pages you may have missed our video updates that told you what had come back, what we were working on, etc.

We used the video updates because it literally was “all hands on deck out” in our shop getting the holiday orders out the door and under the tree, along with the massive amount of anodize, powder coat and factory color match parts that came in all through the month of December.

Overview

Today we will update you as to which batches we received back right before our vendor partners shut down for their holiday breaks, and what will be heading out for finishes (tentatively) before the end of the week. We will recap inventory briefly here as well so please read on.

Stock Statuses

First up all inventory availability has been updated on the website in the availability area right next to the unit price. A quick recap below:

Sigma Series Radiator & Supercharger Coolant Cap Covers

We sold out of these during December. We will make another run the middle part of this month. Material will be ordered next week.

Coil Pack Covers

Material arrived today. We have the middle machine open and want to get those on, so we moved that up from next week.

Satin machine finish will start to ship out within the next 10 days and colors will be going out through this month until we have all back orders out for respective finishes.

Keep tuning in to the updates for details on when your order goes to color or just give us a call and we will do our best to narrow down an ETA for you.

Coolant Tank Covers

Coolant tank covers are running all of January. Satin will ship later this month, and colors will be going out later this month.

Power Seat Covers

We sold out late in December. We will be running the next round later this month.

T-Handle Shifters

The last T-Handle was sold on Thursday, December 30th. As noted on the product page for nearly a year, we made one final run of these in late January 2021. Now that we are sold out this product is being retired to the BT Vault and discontinued.

Ram and Jeep Fuse Box Covers

These sold out in December. Next MFG Run will be at the end of the month.

Track Hawk, Ram TRX and Dodge Durango Hellcat Thermostat Housings

These water necks are sold out and will be manufactured sometime this month.

Track Hawk and Durango Supercharger Coolant Reservoir Covers

We sold out during our holiday events. We do have colors that have come back that will fill current orders. The next production run is at the end of this month, for the balance of orders.

Satin Catch Cans

Satin catch cans we have plenty of stock and those are shipping within the 3-7 business day lead time.

Colors In

We received purple, matte purple and matte red catch cans in on December 17th we are clearing those our of assembly now and will be getting those in to package in the coming days to ship out to you. Most of those orders are in pending to ship status now.

Colors Pending To Go Out

Folks all the polish from November and right on into to mid December will be on upcoming update we will launch on January 7th. We have black and red anodize bundled up and ready to head and several batches of pain color match in for all the colors we offer (B5, Sublime, Jazz Blue, TorRed, F8, Plum Crazy, Octane Red, Destroyer Grey, Frostbite).

There are several orders in each batch that VERY OLD many had parts on back order where we have already made partial shipments. We will clean up those orders first and then move to the holiday orders mid to late month (January). We also have matte finishes we are starting to sort and another round of titanium.

Older Batches

Folks in the tables below you will find all the batches that came back in including some of the very old (out for 90 days) paint match orders that are back in. On the paint match those orders have priority because they are so old. If there is a balance due someone from BT will be contacting you in the coming days to get your payment details again as our system does not save anything past 90 days.

Order Statuses

Finally due to the amount of orders in here presently still that we are in various stages of getting finished up in engraving and packaged up please do no be alarmed to see your order sitting in “pending to ship” status.

It means exactly that. Your items are here, completed, or nearly completed, and clearing final inspection to be packaged up by the lovely Andrea. When in doubt just call us. If you see your order has moved to “ready to ship” status that means your order will be shipping within 48 hours.
