Manufacturing Update June 17, 2020

Good afternoon family. Today we will keep it brief. Thank you always for checking in with our updates, your continued support, but more importantly your trust.

Matte Red is Back

We had the matte red batch come back in. We are sorting that batch, sending the catch cans into assembly, the under hood pieces (that need engraving) into the shop, and parts that require no additional processes have moved into shipping.

Any parts needing engraving allow us a week or so to get those parts knocked out. Custom order back in? Contact Nick (nick@billettechnology.net or phone: 561.582.6171) so he can keep you in the loop as to when your pieces will be going in for engravings.

Batches Out

We sent out batches of blue, matte blue and racing red metallic for color. Please see the tables below this article for more information.

Batches Still Out for Color

The following finishes are still out at plating or powder coating:

Lime Green Metallic from June 2nd our powder coater indicated to us today after we dropped off the racing red metallic to expect that batch back early next week.

Matte Black from June 4th should be back later this week or early next.

The big batch of Standard Red anodize from June 12th, we probably won’t see that batch back in our facility until late next week, or early the week of June 29th. There were a couple thousand unique pieces in that lot. Feel free to call (561.582.6171) or email us until you see that has popped back on one of these updates. We will do our best to get you a current ETA.

Batches On Deck

As it looks right now we will be sending a round of polish out next week along with another big round of black, and orange. Of course we will keep you up to speed with the updates, and do call (561.582.6171) or call (561.582.6171) or email us us any time for one on one assistance.

Stock Statuses

Inventory statuses are up to date on each individual product in our online store. We do have some statues updates to fill you in on.

Washer Caps

We ran out of washer caps earlier in the week. Material will be here next week, and we should have those on a machine shortly after, or very early the week of June 29th.

The blue that we sent out today and the racing red we set for finishes we did send the under hood kits out less washer fluid caps on most of the orders.

We will not hold your items, and will ship whats ready when the pieces come back. We will send the washer caps out as soon as we have them off the machine, to catch up with anyone that went out for finish today.

PCV Covers

We also ran out of PCV Covers this week and we won’t manufacture those until the first week of July. Any questions just reach out via call (561.582.6171) or email or call us (561.582.6171).

BT Valve Covers

The very last run of BT Valve covers is well under way in manufacturing. Satin machine finish will start to ship to customers the last week of June, with color, and polish, going out for plating, and powder coating, right after the July 4th holiday weekend.

These are being retired again after this run, and while we “never say never”, it will be some time if we ever we bring them back. Of course we can run a one off set for anyone but to do a one off will be pricey.

We do have a few sets left that can come off this run, and after that there will be no more. The true monolith of your engine bay, and when you open the box you will be blown away.

Coil Pack Covers

Coil pack covers will stay in manufacturing rotation, and we have stock. If you want a complete setup just give us a call, and we can help get an order placed for you.

Catch Cans

Satin catch cans through June 12th have shipped, or are in shipping right now. If you see your order has moved to “ready to ship”, please allow a couple days for us to get everything packaged up. We move a lot of units per week, as well as private label for other companies.

When in doubt call (561.582.6171) to verify if you see you are in “ready to ship status”, and its been more than 2-3 days to roll out of here. Satin catch cans will ship within 3-7 days of ordering or sooner.

Need us to ship the next day? Just let us know in the order comments if you are self checking out, or if you are ordering over the phone, let us know that you need to ship out the next business day, or same day, if ordered by 2:00 P.M. Eastern.
