Manufacturing Update June 2, 2020

Good afternoon everyone. Welcome to the first Manufacturing Update for June 2020, and the halfway point of the year. It’s been such a rollercoaster of emotions for many and a year we will not soon forget. Our sincerest thank you to each, and everyone of you for your support, and most importantly your trust.

Today’s update will be supplemental to let you know what has gone out for finish, what’s on deck, some stock status updates, and information on BT’s payment options.

No Color Batches Back Today

We do not have anything back today, but we can tell you that the titanium was being completed as is the purple. That includes the matte finishes on each.

Batches Still Out for Color

Speaking of what is still out at finish please see below:

• Titanium (Standard & Matte) from 05/13 will be back this week
• Purple (Standard & Matte) from 05/13 will be back this week.
• Orange (Standard & Matte) still out from 05/21.
• Clear anodize (Standard & Matte) still out from 05/21
• Black anodize still out from 05/27.

All of the above should be back at our facility within the next week. Of course as soon as the items come in we will update you guys, and gals, immediately with a new posting.

Finishes on Deck

The next batches that we are preparing to send to plating are matte black and standard red anodize. These are big batches, and we will have them out for finish in the next couple of days.

Standard Black

We also have another big batch of standard black anodize that we are preparing to send. We are waiting for the last batch of standard black (that went out on May 26th) to be completed, before releasing this next batch of orders to our plater.

There is still a lot of stuff to be finished, most of it placed within the past 3 weeks. Our team appreciates all the support, and we don’t want to overwhelm our supplier partners bogging them down.

Once more, we simply cannot thank you enough for the overwhelming support you have shown our company, and our team. It’s beyond humbling truly.

Satin Catch Cans

Satin catch cans are shipping within 3-5 business days. We have a ton of orders in the assembly queue all the time. This product is continually running on one dedicated living tooling lathe.

If you need us to ship your satin can the next business day from please let us know in the comments section, or simply let one of our friendly BT teammates know when placing the order over the phone and we will take care of that for you.

Inventory Statuses

We do have some stock status information to report to you today also:

• 3mm Hub Centric Spacers:
  Material came in this morning, and we will resuming shipping on those before the end of the week. These will be back in stock for new business on Friday, June 5th
• Challenger Cup Holder Bezels:
  These are machined, and satin machine finish is back in stock. Color and polish will start to go out this week. So keep an eye on the updates to see when your order will be heading out for colors. You can also call (561.582.6171) or email us for an ETA.
• Fuse Box Covers:
  Fuse Box Covers for 2008-2020 Dodge Charger, Dodge Challenger and Chrysler 300 are on the machine now. Satin will start to ship the second week of June. Colors and polish later in June until all backorders are filled.
• Trackhawk Coolant Caps:
  TH coolant caps are back in stock in satin machine finish. Colors and polish will start shipping later this month.
• Power Seat Buttons:
  The seat button covers are back in stock in satin machine finish. Colors and polish will start shipping later this month.

Payment Options

Family we want to take this time once again to give you a friendly reminder regarding how you pay and what to expect.

PayPal

All PayPal Payments are instant. If you choose to pay via PayPal please be sure to familiarize yourself with our operations, how we work, and our lead-time information.

Please understand our supplier partners have been effected by the Covid-19 pandemic and have had to scale operations so lead-times may vary.  

We post our updates so you can stay informed either before ordering, or while you have a current order in the pipe with us.

If you dispute a PayPal payment without reaching out to us first we will cancel the order, and allow the immediate refund.

We don’t have time to run down people to pay, and you have the choice to either pay with a credit card, or simply give us a call so we can work with you on any alternatives.

The most delicate relationship a company has with its clients is the money flow portion of it. We might take time to make your stuff, and freely admit it. The one thing you will never hear from anyone is that Team BT cheated them out of their money.

Credit Card Payments

If you pay with a credit card, your order may be subject to a 30% deposit.

If we take the deposit prior to shipping Alex always send an email prior to doing so letting you know the deposit amount charged. Alex’s email also includes helpful links to keep you informed along the way.

If at any time you need to cancel an order prior to us completing the work, and we have taken the 30% deposit, just reach out via phone (561.582.6171) or email, and we will refund that deposit right away.

Lead Time for Final Processes

Folks if you see your order has come back from finish, please allow us a 7-14 days to complete any final processes such as engraving, or assembly of catch cans, prior to shipping.
