Manufacturing Update June 24, 2020

Good afternoon everyone, thank you for checking in. First, as always, our team thanks you for allowing us to be part of your ownership experiences, for all the support, and most importantly for all the trust you place in our team. We could not continue to do what we are doing without you, our amazing customers, and we will never take you for granted.

During this upside down time, that has been 2020, we are so grateful to be have been able to continue to work, and the “carmunity” has had a lot to do with that. Saying “thank you”, just never seems to be enough to capture our true appreciation.

Overview

Today’s update will be brief, but informative. We’ve got color batches going out, one coming in, and some more on deck. We also have information for those attending Carlisle, and helpful information on our payment methods, and working with BT. Let’s get it at.

Color Batches Out to Finish

We have a big batch of standard black anodize, and a batch of polish that went out. We also sent the washer caps, and a few new orders, to be added to the batch of racing red metallic currently out for color.

Lime Green Metallic is Back

We received the lime green metallic back today. Those parts have been sorted, and are heading into final processes. Please allow 7-10 days for final processes. If you have any questions, or need additional information, please call (561.582.6171) or email us.

Finishes on Deck

Family we try to write each update so those of you planning on placing an order, or if you have a current order in with us, and want to know what finishes will be going out next can plan accordingly.

• Orange and Matte Orange:
  hoping to send out mid next week if not will go to plating July 6th or 7th
• Purple and Matte Purple:
  hoping to send out mid next week if not will go to plating July 6th or 7th
• Clear and Matte Clear:
  hoping to send out mid next week if not will go to plating July 6th or 7th.

We should have more items getting ready also, but these finishes are most definitely next on the punch list to head for finish.

Colors Still Out at Finish

We should be seeing the red come back in that was sent out on June 12th before the end of the week, and if not by Friday, then early next week.

We also have blue and matte blue that is still out from June 17, and the matte black from June 4th.

We may see those finishes back in here before Rick, our awesome plater, breaks for July 4th for a few days on July 2nd.

Stain Machine Finish

We continue to ship satin machine finished parts daily. Satin machine finish is our number one best seller here. Those orders never make it on to an update because we usually have them shipped in 7-10 days time, unless we are sold out, and in between manufacturing any specific parts.

Check the updates regularly, to stay informed on what we are manufacturing, when we will be, or any out of stock/low stock items. We also update the stock status/availability of each BT Parts weekly within the website.

Satin Machine Finish Catch Cans

Satin machine finish catch cans usually ship within 3-5 business days from ordering.

Remember, if you need us to ship your can to you the next business day, please let us know this when you place your order over the phone, and one of our our helpful BT teammates will be sure to make that happen. If you are ordering online just let us know you need us to ship to you ASAP in the order comments, and we will take care of that for you.

Carlisle

We know Carlisle is back on again, and that show is coming up quick. We have requests in to wrap up parts for those attending in a couple weeks, and we should have everyone who called, or emailed us, covered.

If you are heading to Carlisle, and you see your order is out at finish, or even if it has not gone out yet, reach out to us, and we will do all we can to get your items out to you in time for the event. We know its been a rough year, and we know how many of our customers, and friends are excited to be attending the annual Chrysler Nationals at Carlisle.

A final reminder again on payment.

If you pay with PayPal that payment is instant. We cannot control this.

If you file a dispute with PayPal before we ship, we will not contest it, and we will cancel you order.  Uncomfortable with us holding your money until we ship?  Call or email us we will work with you.

Same with the 30% deposit. We send a friendly reminder out via email if we do charge that deposit prior to starting your order. We pride ourselves on being transparent, and communicating with you.

Are we perfect? Nope not at all.

Not getting a reply to an email within the time frame we specify but got the auto-responder? Please pickup the phone and call us as stated.

Our firewall can be tricky, it may hit the server, but it may not download into our mail client for whatever reason.

Just dial those inbound digits, we are here to help.

Get the voicemail? Leave a message, we will call you back.

Remember we are a working shop, and our phones are live 6:00 A.M. until 3:30 P.M. Eastern. We may be on the phone with another customer, or in the shop where its hard to hear. Leave that call back number, we call you back the same day, if its during business hours. If it’s after hours, we will call you back the next business day.
