Manufacturing Update November 17, 2020

Good afternoon everyone. Welcome to another Manufacturing Update, just a week before Thanksgiving. 2020 has been quite the year. It’s you that BT Team is thankful for. We are humbled, and ever so grateful for all the support, and trust you place in our team.

Today’s update will focus on what has come back and gone out for finishes. If you participated in the People’s Sale head on over to the Post Sale Wrap Party for even more details concerning last weeks event.

As we move forward, everything will now integrate with the MFG Updates, that we have been bringing you for many years now.

Colors In, Colors Out

We sent out batches of blue, matte blue, copper and matte copper out for anodize.

Today we received the batches of standard black anodize, destroyer grey, F8 green and polish back. The team has sorted and moved the parts into final processes.

As always, please allow 5-10 business days for the team to complete any final processes such as inspection, assembly, engraving, packaging and shipping. If you have any questions or concerns please call (561.582.6171) or email us.

Batches Still Out

The following finishes are still out presently out on top of what we sent today.

• Yellow from November 13th
• White from November 13th
• Matte Black from November 13th
• Matte Red from November 13th

Stock Statuses on Friday

First a note about inventory. We will post a current inventory on Friday, November 20th when we come back with our weekending MFG Update Recap.

In the meantime if you have any questions concerning a product just give us a call, and we will assist you with stock status, lead times, our business model, and ETA to deliver to your doorstep.

Satin Catch Cans

Satin catch cans through November 11th have shipped, or are in shipping right now. So keep an eye out for tracking details, and your mail boxes for your order to show at your door.

All satin catch cans orders from November 12th forward: we are sorting them now by engine type, and by option upgrades (fittings, and hoses). We will begin shipping those out before the end of the week.

Expect us to be around 7 business days, give or take, to ship. It’s looking like we have around 1200 cans to get assembled, and shipped from the sale alone!
