Manufacturing Update October 14, 2022

Good afternoon BT family and friends. This afternoon we are back with a brand new update. We had a blast seeing so many of our customers and friends last weekend in Houston at Lone Star Moparfest. Team BT appreciates the hospitality shown to us whenever we hit the road to come see you guys and gals in your home towns.

Now that we are back at the BT HQ, let’s get you guys and gals up to speed.

Factory Color Match

Plum Crazy Purple, Frostbite Blue and Redline Red Pearl are all back.  We are assembling catch cans on all those pieces now and many of you are already receiving your tracking details. We had a couple sets of coolant tank covers with no engravings on them which have shipped.

Factory Color Match: Moving Forward

All outstanding factory color match items still on order will be finished this month. We will then start to reintroduce the factory color match options again in group buys, so please stay tuned for details. If you want to do a color match with us before that time, simply call us or email Nick (nick@billettechnology.net) and he will help assist you in setting up your order.

Colors In, Out, and Back In

Since our last update we sent out batches of Standard Black, Matte Black, Titanium (standard & matte), and Orange (standard & matte). All of those batches except the Standard Black are already back in the shop, and in their queues for final processes.

We have also received the batches of Polish, Standard Red, White, and Matte Red from finish. The team is working hard, and overtime, to get these parts completed and out the door to you all.

Inventory Status

Coolant Tank Covers

Coolant tank covers are starting to ship in satin machine finish and all non engraved satin coolant tanks will be shipped out by the end of next week.

We will start engraving on the satin covers probably last next week. We have half a dozen of these for inventory on the shelf. We will do one more run before the end of the year.

ABS Covers

These will finally be going on a machine late next week. Folks with backorders a big thank you for your patience.

Satin machine finish covers will start to ship before the end of the month.

Water Necks | Thermostat Housings

Hellcat as well as Trackhawk, Hellcat Durango and TRX Thermostat housings are manufactured.

Satin machine finished backorders have shipped or are shipping right now. Colors have started to head to anodize and powder coat.

Strut Covers

Material for both Devo and Uni-Strut covers is here. We will be getting those manufactured before the end of the month and back on the shelf.

Fuse Box Covers (All Makes And Models)

We are extremely low on stock. We will start restocking these over the next several weeks. If you have any questions, or wish to inquire on stock status prior to ordering, please give us a call (561.582.6171) or email us for the most current information.

PCV Covers

Material for PCV covers will be ordered the week of October 24th.

Catch Cans

Satin machine finished catch cans ship within 1-3 days or ordering.

With the exception of some powder coated colors, all color catch cans are shipping usually within 15 days now.
