Manufacturing Update October 31, 2018

Good afternoon folks and Happy Halloween and welcome to the last MFG Update for October 2018.

We will keep it brief, since we know many of y’all are heading to Halloween festivities this evening, and that includes several of us here at the shop, so lets get started.

Low, Out of Stock, and Restocked Items

We have some products that are either running or out of stock on right now so have a look below and ETA on when we will be running them again.

• Coolant Tank Covers:
  As we spoke of in the last update, the Coolant Tank Covers did indeed sell out. We have everyone covered who ordered thru the 29th. All orders after October 29th will come off the next manufacturing run. We plan to get another round in sometime either just before Thanksgiving or right after. Our end machine is loaded up where we run these and as soon as its free will get another round in.
• Coil Pack Covers:
  These have sold out again. Will be making another run in early December. We have most orders covered as we just ran another round of them a few weeks back. We move these consistently and will do one more run before the end of the year probably early December to keep us held over until the spring of 2019 again, and to shall we say see what surprises we have in store next.
• Classic Style BT Oil Dip Sticks:
  These have sold out. We will be running more in early November. Minimal impacts as for any under hood kits and if we are short this product for those of you buying a complete kit we send you everything that is completed less that part and send that piece out to you when completed. Always keep an eye on the MFG Updates if you bought a complete under hood kit we will tell you if anything is missing in the order comments. When in doubt just call us.
• Ram, Durango and Jeep Fuse Box Covers:
  We have sold out of these as well. We have material coming in late next week and will pop those on the machine early November just s we complete the fuse box covers for the 2008 and up vehicles which are running right now.
• Shift Balls:
  We sold the last shift ball over the weekend and will run another round sometime in December
• Devo Strut Covers:
  Devos are back on the shelf and have started to ship again. All back orders will be shipped in satin by next week and all colors have started to go out starting with today’s MFG Update with more to go out for plate and powder coat next week.
• Hellcat Water Necks:
  These beautiful pieces will start to ship again in early November.

Colors Still Out for Plating

The following finishes are still out for plating presently. All of the colors below are on deck to be completed here in the next few days. As soon as we have those orders back in our hands, we will post an update. Billet Technology works with the best folks in the industry, and the end result is always work the wait.

• Matte Black from October 5th
• Titanium from October 9th
• Copper/Bronze from October 16th
• Blue from October 18th
• Orange from October 22nd
• Clear Anodize from October 16th
• Racing Red Metallic from October 25th
• Lime Green Metallic from October 25th

What’s Come In, and Gone to Finish

Below this article, you will find the tables with the orders which have gone out for, and come back in from plating. Standard Black, and Purple (standard and matte finishes) went out for color yesterday. Today we received the Polished parts which went out on October 12th, and the Yellow from October 9th. Lead Time for Final Processes

Please remember if you see your order has come back in from finish allow us 7-14 days to complete final processes such as assembly of your catch can or any engraving that needs to be wrapped up prior to package. If you feel this will interfere with a cruise in or event you will be attending please give us a call or email us so we can make every effort to get your items completed and out in time for when you need them.

We are human and can miss an occasional email, and yes, sometimes our firewall may block emails that may have viruses attached. Many times the sender is not even aware they have a virus.
