Manufacturing Update October 9, 2018

Good afternoon family and welcome to a supplemental edition of our Manufacturing Updates.

The purpose of today’s update is to let you know what has come back in and gone out for finishes today. Everything that we covered on the October 5th update is still effective (parts that are coming back into stock or out of stock). The team is engraving and assembling items as quickly as possible, without compromising quality.

The Best, Not the Fastest

Folks before we let you know what’s gone out, the following finishes are still at plate. Our plater is EXTREMELY slammed right now. Please be patient friends, BT works with the best in the industry, and their services are in high demand. We never push our suppliers to rush; that’s why we tell you if you can’t wait, or don’t wait to wait, we are not the company for you. We understand that some people will settle for lower quality, and a faster turn around, and shop elsewhere. Our suppliers take great pride in their work, and stand behind their processes, just as we stand behind our machine work. This is why we work with them!  Please be patient the good stuff is coming to your door step soon.

Below please find the racing red metallic orders that are back in from finish in the tables below. Friends this is just an incredible color you will not be disappointed. Team BT will be introducing an old favorite that is part of this batch we got back.

Holiday Rewind is on the Horizon

In fact, as we roll into the holidays the team will be offering many discontinued favorites that were retired to the BT Vault. Billet Tech was the first first to bring these items to market 13 years ago. We heard you, and are bringing them back so get ready for it!

Lead Time for Final Processes

As is always the case if you see your order has come back in from finish please allow us 7-14 days to complete any assembly or final processes such as engraving before we ship to you. If you have an event or cruise in you are attending and this may interfere with your time frame please call (561.582.6171) or email us with your need by day. Team BT will do all we can get your order moved to the top, so we can complete it and ship it.

Questions, concerns, comments, want to vent please email or call us. You can reach us by phone Monday though Friday 6:00 A.M. until 3:30 P.M. EST. Visitors welcome until 4:30 daily. Folks please remember several of our staff are heading to Texas tomorrow for Lone Star Mopar Fest. The facility is open for normal business however, Alex, will be the loan man in the office answering phones.

If your call goes to voice mail PLEASE leave the call back number and speak clearly, Alex will return your call. We never place a current call on hold. We finish that call so we can give that customer the attention deserved, just as we will do the same for you. Help us, help you but not continuing to speed dial. You are important to us, and we want to talk to you, just allow us the time to get to you as quickly as we can. Thank you.
