Manufacturing Update October 9, 2020

Good afternoon everyone, and thank you always for for the support, and trust. Today’s update is posting to let you know that the batch of red has come back in, and we have also sent a large batch of black out for finish.

Remember family the Covid worldwide pandemic has effected many industries, and businesses. Our economy is one massive supply chain, if you will. When one tooth in the cog has an issue it trickles down.

This has happened as our supplier partners have had to shutdown due to employees catching COVID, and even here in our own shop.

We all are in this together, so let’s work together. If it’s not possible, then we understand if you just cannot wait. We are still happy to have you here visiting our site, and social medial pages, because just like you we are enthusiasts as well.

Another Anodizer Joins the BT Family

We are sourcing to a second vendor partner to help cut back on some of the wait times, as the anodize in general is extremely backed up.

We work with the best vendor partners, and understand our wait times will not be for everyone. This is why we post these updates, so we can keep you informed, be transparent, and give you the most up to date information we can provide.

Standard Red is Back

Yes, we have that big batch of red back that was on the October 6th update. See the tables below for details.

We will start to assemble the catch cans immediately off this red batch that is back and get those stand alone cans out ASAP. We have several trailer hitch covers in this batch. Nico will engrave them next week so we can ship those out to you.

As mentioned earlier this week there are a LOT of pieces in this batch, and we will work through everything as quickly as possible without compromising our quality standards.

If you have under hood pieces that need engraving please allow us 7-14 days to complete those processes, and get your orders shipped to you.

A Big Batch of Standard Black Went Out

Folks as you see from the tables below we sent a very large batch of standard black anodize out to be finished. All catch cans through September 14th are in this batch.

The remainder (cans from September 15th through current biz) will go to black anodize next week with less than a week turn around time.

Red, and black are the most popular finishes, and we are gonna get everyone caught up on those before the end of the month.
