Manufacturing Update September 16, 2022

Good afternoon everyone. We are back with a fresh update, and on a Friday too. It’s been a busy whirlwind summer and we thank you all for your continued support and trust.

August 26th Correction: TorRed & Octane Red

First thing we need to address is a correction to the August 26th update. The TorRed and Octane Red tables were mislabeled and have been corrected. We had Octane listed as TorRed and TorRed listed as Octane.

Those tables have been fixed and the very good news is that both of those batches will be here late next week.

Factory Color Match Paint

The paint match is really moving now. We have two vendors working the paint for us again. Both are respected members of our community and we anticipate reopening the factory color match paint options at some point in October.

Color Match Batches Expected Back Next Week

Staying on the color match topic, we have very good news to report. The Smoke Show, Indigo Blue, and Plum Crazy will be back here late next week.

We will put them on next week’s update as back and not before. The mail has been flakey as of late with both inbound and outbound items. Until we have these batches in hand, we won’t post them as “back”. However, they are inbound to us now and we are monitoring the tracking details.

Other Color Match Batches

Destroyer Grey, Jazz Blue (the last of it) and sublime are about 2 weeks out now.

Anodize & Powder Coat Batches On Deck

We sent batches of Redline Red, Blue and Matte Blue out this week along with another batch of polish. We are restocking inventory on several products now and will be sending the following batches off to finishes:

• Purple and Matte Purple sending to the week of September 19th
• Standard Black anodize sending out the week of September 19th
• Matte Black anodize sending out the week of September 19th
• Standard Red anodize sending out the week of September 19th
• Matte Red anodize sending out the week of September 19th
• White Powder Coat sending out the week of August 26th
• Yellow Powder Coat sending out the week of August 26th
• Racing Red Metallic bundled and sending to powder coat Monday, September 19th.

Stock Statuses

We have some inventory to update you on. The team will have the information for each individual product 100% up to date in the store early next week.

We built a bunch of product over the past 3 weeks and are putting the blanks back on the shelf in preparation for engraving either on satin machine finish (our number one seller), or in preparation to send out for color.

Hellcat & Demon Thermostat Housings (Water Neck)

Material will be here middle of next week. We should have those on a machine to begin our next MFG run later next week and into the week of September 26th.

Trackhawk Thermostat Housings

Material is ordered and those too will begin manufacturing late next week and into September 26th.

Hood Shock Covers for Cars (300, Charger, Challenger)

We are sold out. Material is ordered and we will machine those the first week of October.

Fuse Box Covers for cars (Charger, Challenger 300)

Stock on these is low. Material will be ordered middle of next week and we will make another big batch starting the week of September 26th.

Throttle Body Covers (2013+) & Hellcat Bypass Valve Covers

We sold out of these this past week. Next Manufacturing run will be in early October. We will order material for those next week.

ABS Covers

We have very low stock. Material is on order and we will run the next round in early October.

Trackhawk & Durango Super Charger Coolant Cap Covers

We are sold out. We have material here and are just waiting for a machine to open up so we can get a quick manufacturing run in. We should have satin machine finish back on the shelf by the end of the month.

Catch Cans

We just built another 700 plus oil catch cans. Satin machine finish ships within 3 days or sooner.

We are fully replenished on black fittings and all those back orders are out.
