Manufacturing Update August 14, 2018

Good afternoon everyone and as always much thanks for your support and trust.

Stain Catch Cans

Stain catch cans are shipping daily, in all styles. We are shipping about 50 each day in order to catch up from the time lost to the lathes being down. We appreciate your patience, and please know that the team as put in a lot of overtime in order to get these parts out the door.

Colors Going to Plate

This is the week we begin to really push more colors out the door for plate starting with matte black and titanium (standard & matte) heading off to finish. We will definitely be sending out a batch for blue (standard & matte), and it looks like both red and black may have a batch sent out before week’s end.

This week is shaping up to be busy one, so please stay tuned. We will be hustling parts off to color over the next couple of weeks, so if you do not see your order yet please be patient. Your parts are being cut or artwork drawn. As always, do not hesitate to call us for all the latest information on your order.

Communications for Custom Artwork

Presently we have a lot of orders with custom artwork in the shop. Communications regarding the custom graphics is a common area where orders can loose time. So after you receive your custom rendering from Nick Billet, our team asks you to reply as soon as possible. A quick response/approval from you enables Team BT to complete your project faster.

Stock Status: Low Stock Items

The schedule to run parts is still on track from the August 8th update but when in doubt please do call.

Oil Dipsticks

We are back in stock now on oil dipsticks. As reported on the August 8th update we were out we got a round in as we had a bunch of under hood kits shipped less the oil dipstick and we want you to have the remainder of your kit asap.

Door Lock Pins

We are also now extremely low stock on door lock pins and bezels. We had a nice run on those over the weekend sales wise.
We have some green, matte black, matte red, orange and some liquid copper/brass on the shelf, along with some random satin machine finished sets.

FYI: We will not get a run of locks and bezels on again until sometime in mid to late September. We have more pressing needs that must be met currently, so our apologies in advance.

Hubcentric Wheels Spacers

3MM Spacer material is coming in Thursday and will start shipping those hubcentric wheels spacers again next week. This is a product that moves continually and we will have all back orders out by late next week with product on the shelf moving forward.
