Manufacturing Update April 26, 2019
Good afternoon everyone. It’s Friday, the last Friday in April at that. We appreciate all of you who keep up to date by reading our updates and we welcome all new family members tuning in for the first time. We sincerely appreciate all the support and trust you place in our team.
Orange & Matte Orange Is Back
We received the orange and matte orange back this morning. Please remember to allow us 7-15 days to complete any final processes such as assembly or engraving before we ship your order to you.
If you have an upcoming event or show and you need your items ASAP, please reach out to us so we can get you moved up and out the door.
Finishes Still Out at Plating
The following finishes are still out and we expect them back here in the next week to 10 days. Our outside suppliers are doing a fantastic job for us. As posted in the last update, we are very, very close to being back on that 20 business day lead-time, with many orders now actually shipping out ahead of that.
- F8 Green from 4/15
- Octane Red from 4/15
- Standard Black anodize from 4/16
- Red anodize from 4/19
- Racing Red Metallic from 4/19
- Matte Black from 4/23
Purple & Matte Purple: Order Now!
Folks with purple and matte purple, we will be sending a large batch out again early next week. So if you have been contemplating ordering anything in purple, now would be a good time to do so. If you order soon, we can get you in that batch, and your order turned around quickly.
Purple anodize takes the longest due to the process involved in the plating. Each tank is prepared specific for us so its a fresh dye, fresh dip, as well as seal. We promise it won’t take 8 plus weeks to get it back this time. As with all BT parts, we promise it’s worth the wait, you will not be disappointed.
Stock Status Update Early Next Week.
In the last update, we promised you a stock status update today. We will move that to Monday or Tuesday of next week. Overall we are in good shape on the most popular stuff such as under hood kits, and catch cans.
Fuse box covers for cars are running low but will be running them here in the next week and get you the details on the production schedule coming up on pieces we are low and no stock on. When in doubt just call.
Catch Cans
Catch cans in satin are shipping daily and if you need one immediately just let us know by calling or jotting that down in the order comments when you self check out online.
We are running low on Z Brackets and just started a fresh batch so we should see zero interruptions.
We do not have any black powder coated fittings our powder coater will have them to us Monday and will get the rest of the color cans that came back in the past 10 days out to you guys and gals. We expect to get those satin cans with black fittings out next week too.
