Manufacturing Update February 18, 2022

Good afternoon everyone. We are back on our Friday updates, so welcome back! If you always tune in on Fridays and said “hey where is last week’s update?” we actually pushed it to Monday (February 14th) so the bulk of this week’s information is already there.

Colors Back

We have received several finishes since Monday’s update. Specifically the yellow, matte red, orange and matte orange batches are back, so head on down to the tables below the article and have a look.

Colors Out

We sent out more white powder coat this week and have sent the Plum Crazy Color match and Sublime Green to be finished out to California since the the TorRed and Destroyer Grey are completed and on the way back here to us.

Factory Color Match Batches On Deck

As we have mentioned we send two colors at a time out to our paint partners. When we get our F8 Green and Indigo Blue back we will send Jazz Blue, and Octane Red, B5 Blue and Smoke Show out. We have several orders in Redline Red ready to be sent out as well.

We use two different vendors for color matched paint, and both have asked us to only send them two colors at a time. Once we have the thumbs up, those four batches on deck will be going out. All the open orders in those bundles are ready to go.

Anodize Batches On Deck

Non-color match items scheduled to go to finish in the upcoming week are purple, matte purple, titanium, matte titanium anodize and possibly standard black and blue anodize. Feel free to call (561.582.6171) or email us for any one on one updates.

Satin Catch Cans

Satin catch cans are shipping within 5 business days or sooner. All cans in satin machine finish ordered through close of business on 02.17 are out of assembly, and into package now.

Status will change from ‘pending to ship’ to ‘ready to ship’ status on Monday morning (February 21st).

Lead Time for Final Processes

Friends we have a lot of stuff in the engraving queue and assembly area that has come back in over the past 2 weeks. When you see your order in ‘pending to ship status’ please allow us 7-10 days to complete any final processes to get your order in to Andrea to pack up and ship. When your order moves to ‘ready to ship’ status you will receive a tracking number in our inbox within the day.

Spam Filters

We addressed this last week but it’s worth mentioning again. Those of you using yahoo, and hotmail especially please add info@billettechnology.net and support@billettechnology.net to your contacts.

We are replying to you and many of you are finding our replies back in your junk mail or spam file. As always, when in doubt, and you do not see a response within the time frame on the auto-responder please call in. We miss stuff absolutely we do, and lots of times it’s just good to hear a voice on the other end of the line.
