Manufacturing Update June 6, 2019

Good afternoon everyone. We usually post the end of the week updates on Friday but today we moved it up a day due to some school graduations, and end of the school year shenanigans that some of us have to attend over the weekend. June, schools out, and summer show season is in. Nothing better than that.

Carlisle

Speaking of summer shows, and show season, we know many of you are gearing up for Carlisle next month. If you have a current order in here with us reach out and let us know you are heading to that event so we can keep you on the “hot list.” (email or phone: 561.582.6171)

We should have no issues getting anyone, who has a current order in with us, their parts, if the parts are in satin finish, or currently out at plating, or powder coating.

If you are placing a new order for Carlisle, please call us prior so we know your absolute need by date. We will work with you to see what we can do in that timeframe.

Batches Still Out for Color

Before we get into what we sent out today we do still have the following colors and finishes out for anodize and powder coating currently.

We are seeing a 10-15 day turnaround time on finishes so we should be receiving quite a few batches back in the next couple of days. We will update you guys and gals on what’s come back in no later than Tuesday of next week.

• Matte Black from 05/15
• Standard Black from 05/23
• Standard Red from 5/23
• Liquid Copper (including the late March redo) from 5/30
• Yellow from 05/31
• Orange and Matte Orange from 06/04
• Purple and Matte Purple from 06/04

Batches Out for Color

Today we sent quite a few batches out for finish. Jazz Blue, Octane Red, Polish, F8 Green, Destroyer Grey and Redline Red Pearl all went out. If you have an order in with us in these colors, please check the tables below to see if your parts were included in these batches. If you don’t see your order number, don’t fret. We have a lot of parts being cut as we speak.

Limited, or Out of Stock Items

The follow items are currently out of limited stock:

Shifter Balls:
Low stock. Next MFG Run late June/Early July.

Hood Shock Covers:
No stock. Next MFG Run early July (trunk prop covers will run at that time as well).

Water Necks:
Water Necks for 5.7, 6.1, 6.4 and 6.2 (Hellcat / Demon). No stock. Material is in, we will run these before the end of the month. No firm date as of yet, so keep checking in on the updates.

Power Seat Covers:
Out of stock. Next run late June.

ABS Covers:
Very limited stock. We will run another round in late June/early July. We should be ok until then, and all orders as of today’s update, are accounted for. They are either in engraving (satin), or at plating/powder coating (colors).

Valve Covers:
Valve covers are running, and we will start shipping the satin machine finished sets the week of June 17th. Order now, we have very limited sets on this run that are still available for sale.

Coolant Tank Covers:
Material is here, and will be on the machine very late next week.
