Manufacturing Update September 4th, 2019. Welcome Back!

Family we have now resumed normal business operations post Hurricane Dorian.

Team BT Thanks you! We thank you for the numerous messages we received both personally, and through the company channels, checking in on us, and seeing if there was anything we needed. Our group will be forever grateful for the outpouring of support we not only received over these past 5 plus days, but the support you all have shown us over the past 14 years we have been on this platform. It’s extremely humbling to all of us so, once more our sincerest thanks; truly.

Voicemail Return Calls

If you left us a voicemail over the Labor Day Holiday weekend we have logged those voicemails and we are returning your calls.

If you do not hear back from us, for whatever reason, by the close of business tomorrow (September 4th) please call us back so we can take care of your needs. Our goal as always is to communicate with you and give you information along with a great product.

Replies to Emails

We logged a lot of emails over the weekend, many with warm wishes and positive thoughts. Lots of emails with custom art requests, and folks wanting to take advantage of the sale but had questions. We are answering them in order of receipt, and ask you all to please allow us until mid day on Thursday, September 5th to get those emails answered.

If you don’t receive a reply in your inbox by Friday morning call us (phone: 561.582.6171). We will be going through our spam and junk folders to make sure we did not miss any emails sent there.

Batches From Last Week are in Final Processes

We still have a lot of product to wrap up and ship that came back from our finishing partners last week prior to us breaking to prepare for Hurricane Dorian. Check on the updates from the prior week (August 27^th, August 29^th, Hurricane Dorian Update) to see if you are on the list of orders that came back in from finishes.

Next Round of Outbound Color Batches

Orders going out to finish will probably get a run up to anodize and powder coating on Friday. If not Friday, then Monday for sure will be our next round of batches going out. We started bundling a bunch to be dropped off with our finishing partners prior to the approaching hurricane, and we will be adding more to those batches this week prior to the next update launching.

Red from August 27th back tomorrow (09/05/19)

The standard red anodize batch we sent to anodize on August 27th will be back here in the facility tomorrow morning. Check the table below to see if you order is on there. Please allow us 7-14 days to complete any assembly or final processes such as engraving to ship your order to you. Need it sooner just call (561.582.6171) or email us.

Next Update ETA

In order to keep our crew focused on the couple days of lost production time, we will be putting additional hours in over the next several days to make up the ground. Thankfully we did not loose much time, but with any type of stressful situation our team still needs to remove and put away our shutters, as well as some of the other safeguards we put in place prior to the hurricane approaching.
