Manufacturing Update February 15, 2019

Good afternoon all. Happy Friday and welcome to the weekend.

Black is Out

We sent a bunch of standard black out today to get anodized today. The bulk of those orders are catch cans, power seat covers and water necks (Hellcat/Demon and standard Hemi Engine water necks).

To give you an idea we have a large a swath the date rang on the orders is from The Peoples Sale, and then folks that ordered within the past couple of days. Will be sending more black out again middle of next week so if you did not see your order in this batch do not panic and if in doubt call or emails us.

Colors Still Out for Finish

The following finishes are being completed at anodize right now and should be back in early to middle part of next week. Some of the red is already here from those batches and we are completing those orders now.

• Red from January 18th should be here early next week
• Matte red from January 23rd should be here early next week

The following finishes are at anodize now and should be back in before the end of the month:

• Copper/Bronze all finishes from January 29th
• Matte Black from February 5th
• Purple and matt purple from February 8th
• Racing Red Metallic from January 30th
• Yellow from February 12th

We know you guys and gals are anxious for your items and we are just as anxious for you to have them. Team BT absolutely promises you it will be worth the wait.

Big Color Batches on Deck

As we stated in the past several updates we still have a lot of product to send out yet to be finished and we will be sending in lot batches of 1,000 pieces or less to ensure quality.

Our Vendor Partners are Second to None

Folks please remember we do not do any anodizing, powder coating or polishing in house. BT provides our vendor partners with that glass like machine finish, and our partners then do their magic, making these parts even better.

We do not rush our supplier partners, because Team BT only partners with the best companies, and people, in their craft. It’s well worth the wait knowing the quality is second to none, as is their customer service. If any issues pop up, though few and far between, they will be handled quickly, easily and confidently.

Stock & Manufacturing Statuses

We have some products to go over some information with you so have a look:

Catch Cans

Catch cans are and will remain in continual production. The majority of satin cans coming in are shipping within 7-10 days or sooner even. If you have an urgent need for us to ship your satin can immediately after you order it please let us know in the order comments section upon checkout and will take care of that for you, or if you are calling in to order by phone let us know during the conversation and will take care of it for you.

Coolant Tanks

Coolant tank covers in satin are finishing up manufacturing now. The first wave of covers are in debur preparing to start to ship next week in satin colors and polish will start to go for finishes lat next week and all through this month.

The second wave of covers the material came in to fill all orders taken in January through current biz and have product on the shelf. We will not be breaking down the machine for the next job to go on until all material has been machined and that will be the week of February 25th.

Coil Pack Covers

Coil pack cover material is ordered and will be here the week of February 25th. Manufacturing will start that week.

Shift Balls

Shift balls we are sold out and unfortunately we will not be able to get those in for another run until mid March.

Wheel Spacers

Wheel Spacers will run next week and start to ship next week again (week of February 18th).

Brake Fluid Caps

Brake Fluid caps are running now and expect very little delays on new business coming in.

Lighter Deletes

Lighter deletes are sold out. As with the shift balls we won’t be able to get these in to manufacture until the middle of March.

Devo Strut Covers

Devo strut covers will go on the machine late next week and inventory will be back on hand by the end of the month in satin. Colors and polish will start to go our for finish the end of the month also until all orders are filled and we do have enough material to run off enough product to replenish inventory again.

Oil Caps

5.7, 3.5, 3.6 and 6.4 oil caps are running and inventory will be replenished again next week.

Power Seat Covers

Power Seat Covers are manufactured and shipping again.

BT Vault: Interior Items

And speaking of interior items yes friends we see light from all the business we have to still clear out as its really starting to move out to finishes and as we replenish our current offerings will sneak some of the BT Vault Items in later this month also so stay tuned!!

Lead Time for Final Processes

Finally if you see your order has come back in from finish allow us 7-15 days to complete any assembly, and or final processes before shipping.
