Manufacturing Update July 10, 2019

Good afternoon everyone and thank you once more for checking in with our updates. We appreciate you guys and gals allowing us to be part of your ownership experience.

Today’s update will focus on what we have received back from outside processes. We still have a LOT of stuff that is at our plater, and powder coater. We certainly appreciate everyone’s patience as we wait for those products to come back in. We received the following batches in today: White from 6/13, Destroyer Grey from 6/6, F8 Green from 6/6, and lastly Yellow from 5/31.

Batches Back from Color

Please take a look at what has come back in from finishes in the tables below. Some of you guys and gals we have already shipped your packages. If not, be on the look out in your email for your tracking information in the coming days. If we have to do any engraving, or assembly prior to shipping, please allow 7-10 days for those processes to occur.

Update: Standard Black from May 23rd

We had the standard black that went out on May 23rd on one of the late June updates as scheduled to come back in. Unfortunately our plater had to push that back and we are expecting that big batch to come back in this week. We will be launching an update on Friday, July 12th and we will update you guys and gals in that update.

Batches Still Out for Color

• The Purple and Matte Purple from June 4th
• Matte Red from June 13th
• Lime Green from June 13th
• Blue and Matte Blue from June 26th
• Matte Black from June 26th
• Red anodize from June 26th
• Octane red from June 13th and July 1st
  – These are still out but were being prepped for coating today. These batches should be back in the next couple of days.
• Destroyer Grey from July 1st
• F8 Green from July 1st

Friends all of the batches listed above are still out for color, and as you can see, some of them have been out for a while. As soon as we get those batches here, we will dig in to them quickly, and get them headed out to you. There are lots of catch cans and under hood pieces to be completed. Your BT Team will put in the extra hours required to get these orders wrapped up, and shipped out.

Stock Statuses, Lead Times and Product Runs

Coolant Tanks:
Coolant tanks in satin are currently shipping, and we are preparing to send a wave them out for color here in the next couple of days.

If you have a coolant tank cover in any finish besides satin, please check your inbox for a message from Team BT. Alex has been reaching out to all the folks that have orders in to reconfirm your order. We want to move quickly on these once they return from our outside suppliers. In order to do so, we need to have confirmation on the engravings (or lack there of), or custom artwork. We will get these knocked out, wrapped and shipped to you asap.

Thank you for your patience while we run these parts. We move a lot of these covers, and will have inventory on the shelf moving forward.

Remember you can keep your cover on all the time it does not have to be removed and fits Demons and Hellcats with ZERO issues.

Throttle Body Covers:
TB Covers for all years are manufactured. Satins shipping daily. Colors and polish batches are going out again so keep an eye on these updates. When in doubt just give us a call (561.582.6171) or email us for an ETA.

Shift Balls:
We have very few orders in for those, however, we will run another round the end of this month. Once we sell this round of product will probably discontinue those, and only bring them back if demand warrants it.

Hood and Trunk Shock Covers:
These will be running at the end of July. We have all our lathes currently on other business and as soon as we can get them in this month we will. Keep watching the updates or call us. We should have satin machine finished items shipping by early August.

Water Necks:
Water necks (for Hellcat and Demon as well as 5.7, 6.1 and 392 engines) are shipping in satin. Color and polished product will be going out for finishes this month and shipping later this month until all backorders are filled. We have inventory for current and future orders on hand.

PCV Covers:
These are running and satin covers are shipping. Colors and polish will be going out for finishes and will be shipping all month, until backorders are filled. We have plenty of inventory for current business and business moving forward.

EGR Block Offs:
ERG Kits are replenished and shipping.

2005-2007 Shifter Plates:
We were going to discontinue those after we sold out of this last batch but you guys and gals are still gobbling them up. So we are going to machine another round before the end of the month. If you buy it will continue to build it. Thank you all.

Hellcat/Demon supercharger coolant Covers:
HC/D coolant reservoir covers are sold out. We will be manufacturing them again later this month. Expect to have some slight delays there. We have orders through late June covered. If you need an updated ETA on your order, just give us a call (561.582.6171) or email us.

Catch Cans:
Catch cans in satin (all engines) are shipping within 1-3 business days. The replacement machine, for the Haas that was lemoned, is putting in work and we are in good shape.

We will be sending more product out for finishes now with hopes of getting a bit ahead on some of the lead-times on colors.

As always we know you guys and gals have choices, many of them exact rip off’s of our product in appearance or by stealing the two chambered top, so we sincerely appreciate you all coming to us for that item. Where we may lack in at least now a color shipping in a couple of days, we will always make up for it in service and support. You can count on Team BT to answer your emails, return your calls and actually pickup the phone.

PayPal Payments

Finally as a quick reminder; PayPal payments are instant folks. This is not our policy it is PayPal’s policy.

If you are not comfortable with us holding your funds prior to us shipping your product CALL US. We will send you your cash back and send you a money request when we are ready to ship.

Our payment policy is linked in your invoice copy, if you self checked out you get a Thank You Page with all that information, and more, available to you. That very information on what to expect and how we work is also at the footer of our website.
