Manufacturing Update June 26, 2019

Good afternoon everyone. Welcome to the last Wednesday of June 2019. We sincerely appreciate all of your business, support, and trust, as well as allowing us to be part of your ownership experiences.

Today’s update is supplemental to let you know what has come back in, and also to remind everyone what finishes are still out for color.

Color Batches Before July 4th

Friends we may make one more run to plating (anodize) prior to the July 4th mini break, we will keep you posted. This will not be the last update prior to the July 4th break either. We should be getting the bulk of the anodize back before July 3rd.

Color Batches Still Out

While we are on the subject of what’s still out at finish. Please take a look below, and then you can click on over to the corresponding MFG Update to see if your order is on that list or not. When in doubt just give us a call (561.582.6171) or email us. One of your BT Team members will be happy to assist you in any, and every way possible.

• Yellow from May 31st
• Purple and Matte Purple from June 4th
• Redline Red from June 6th
• Destroyer Grey from June 6th
• Lime Green Metallic from June 13th
• Racing Red Metallic from June 13th
• Octane Red from June 13th
• White from June 13th
• Matte Red from June 13th
• Blue and Matte Blue from June 20th
• Matte Black from June 20th

Friends we should see the bulk of these orders back in here before next week, or the week of July 8th, when our amazing vendor partners return from their July 4th mini break.

Satin Catch Cans

Satin catch cans are shipping within 3-4 business days of ordering. If you place your order online and need us to ship it the following business day, or if it’s early enough in the day the same day, please just put that information in the order comments and will get it handled for you. Placing your order over the phone, just let one of the friendly BT staff members helping you know so they can get that handled.

Stock Statuses

Hellcat/TrackHawk/Demon Catch Cans:
We are back shipping Hellcat, Trackhawk and Demon cans again as we just ran off another round of quick connect setups for these units.

Coolant Tanks:
Coolant tank covers are running and we will start getting the satin orders out the door as early as Wednesday of next week. At the latest, they’ll start shipping the week of July 8th when we come back from the July 4th mini break.

Hood and Trunk Shock Covers:
Shock Covers will be going on the machine the week of July 8th also. So look for us to put the trunk shock covers back on the website in the week of July 8th.

Inventory wise we remain as we were from the June 20th update.

BT Vault: Chrysler 300 Wing

Speaking of bringing back some oldies, the Chrysler 300 Wing will be coming back for a limited time in July. The wing was designed by Tommy Z back in 2007 and manufactured exclusively by Team BT.

We just manufactured a couple of these pieces, and those units are heading to our good friend Cho at Wicked Kustomz. Cho, as well as Joey, out at Wicked Kustomz in California have been incredible partners to our company, and we are stoked to see the beautiful BT Wing on their shop cars.

Lead Time for Final Processes

Finally folks if you see your order has come back in from outside finishes please allow us 7-14 days to complete any final processes such as engraving and or assembly prior to shipping. If you have an upcoming event and you feel this will put you on the bubble of receiving your product(s) just give us a call (561.582.6171) or email us and we will get that handled for you.
